“Comfortable and quite”

When we needed a place in Helena, MT we chose Days Inn. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness, friendly staff, and quiet room. We stayed three nights and were very comfortable.

“Wont go back”

We were less than impressed when we checked to see if we had a fridge. The first clerk we spoke to told us a fridge would cost us $10 per night. I phoned back and a 2nd desk clerk told us she would let us have one for free. We also requested a room on the main floor, as my wife needs a handicap scooter to get around. This hotel is not handicap friendly, the only entrance without stairs is the main entrance. All other entrances have stairs. The rooms have no assist bars in the bath ,the toilet is built for pygmies, and the doorstop on the bathroom door sticks out at eye level. The mattresses were terrible, you just roll into the center. While the building is smokefree, guests sit on the entrance stairs and butt out on the steps. The hot breakfast is not filling at all with 1 slice of toast, 2 eggs, 1 sausage patty , and about a tablespoon of hashbrowns. I wanted to use the hottub, but it was closed 24 hrs for the chemicals to work. ( on a weekend?) The only good point of the hotel , is it was very quiet. I dont think the room was vacuumed in the 3 days we were there. The TV is an old tube type with terrible sound. This hotel needs some major updating. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a better hotel.

Very clean comfortable beds and good breakfast. staff was very nice and location was ok.

Everything was excellent with nothing to complain about- the room even had an unannounced safe in the room.

I have stay at many Days Inns at various locations, and this is the most dissatisified I have ever found. It is a good thing that I have found others to be very good, or I would not use a Days Inn any further.

“Good location for I15”

The hotel is perfectly located for travellers using I15 as it is only a few hundred yards from this road and easily accessed. The complimentary full breakfast was excellent and unexpected. My only criticism of the hotel would be the lack of good restaurants nearby. There are plenty of "fast food" outlets in the vicinity however e.g. MacDonalds, KFC etc
