The property was nasty bathroom had paint falling off the doors there were cockroaches on the bed when I woke up the next morning there was no continental breakfast it was a little pack of muffins and an apple in a bag I will never stay there again

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews and just booking the place. Biggest mistake of my life! The morning staff was nice and they let us check in early. I was in a hurry for an appointment so I didn’t bother noticing. I was out running errands all day. My husband stayed behind at the hotel, he asked to have the floor cleaned while I was gone but I didn’t realize the extent of how bad the room was. The floor even after being mopped was still dirty. The one chair had stains all over it, the a/c unit and the walls also had stains all over it. We decided to tough it out because we lived 4 hours away and I was already super tired. But later in the night the heater broke. We told the lady at the front desk and she said she was going to send someone to take a look. We wait and no one came, finally I decided to show the lady at the front desk pictures of the room and that no one had come to fix the heat. She basically just told me that she was sorry but there was nothing that she could do and to just talk to the manager in the morning. She did not seem one bit sorry at all and acted like it was okay for us guests to stay in the dirty room with no heat. We decided to just pack up and leave and go home that same night. If I could give a 0 I would.

Roaches ewww. Lots of roaches. Luckily as I left I saw the Orikin car pull up so hopefully they will fix it. But the place definitely needs a deep cleaning. Stains on the walls and just kinda overall dirty. Furniture was cheap and uncomfortable the soaps were also extra cheap even for a shady motel. I recommend upgrading. But I will say the staff is very kind.

I didn’t expect cockroaches we switched rooms and lord n behold there was no towel’s cockroaches n it was just nasty I want my money back I don’t even want to lay my head down on a pillow I hate bugs n it smells really bad hair in bathtub and sick GROSS!!!!

This property is very poorly maintained with roaches crawling around so bad we ended our trip early and did not finish we will not be using this place again and on top of that they allow people to live there which were fighting and arguing all hours of the night very unpleased

Bugs in room both time ive stayed. Carpet was disgusting. Sheets had stains, couch needed taken out and burned. Had to fix the shower handle so i could shower. 10/10 don't recommend. Go across the street if your staying in Kennet.

No soaps… at all. No trash can. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Mattress sunk to the middle, cigarette burn holes in the sheets and bed cover. Floor had not been vacuumed. Desk clerk smoked the entire time he checked me in…. Not cool! Don’t recommend!

It was terrible we didn’t even stay we saw what state the room was in and we left and we’re not able to get a refund from the from the hotel because we booked online. both of the beds were completely stripped and the linens were just thrown on the table the windows in the room were broke the headboard had fallen off the wall it was laid on one of the beds and that’s just what we saw from the doorway we did not continue any further in the room.

Do not book with them very unprofessional. The hotel has roaches and bed bugs. I reserved 3 nights and I found roaches and bedbugs they would not refund my money and I didn’t not stay even one night due to the roaches and bedbugs . They need to remove this place overall the worst! Can’t believe Expedia do business with such a unprofessional and low conduct place.

The room was absolutely filthy. I dont know if all rooms were this way. But i did not see any cockroaches.. the only reason i stayed overnight with the lights on all night. Looks like a little something was being cooked in the tub from the purple and the burns into the tub..which is probably why the door was kicked in. The gentleman was very nice checking in but this hotel had me in fear inside and outside.

O likes. Thee 1st room we was given 101 had very visible hair on towel toilet and floor. The bedspread had stains. We notified front desk they gave us another room 105 it was worse and the toilet was nasty and when hubby lifted up the toilet seat there was a blood stain There was dried urine stain around the side of toilet. It looked as if this toilet had not been properly cleaned in a while. I went to Walmart and brought cleaning supplies and scrubbed the bathroom down. There was people standing outside next room sitting on cars playing loud music we couldn't park in front of room because people was hanging out there who wasn't staying there until they left. There was no pillowcases on the pillows and we called front desk and they brought them and handed them to me to put them on. The 2 rooms that we were given was very unsanitary. There was roaches crawling especially around the microwave we had food in there. We will never stay there agian.It was not worth the money we paid.😞😠

The hotel overall is in very poor shape. The 1st day they had 3 granola bars out for "Breakfast"- the other days nothing. It doesn't seem very safe and people in parking lot drinking all hours of the night.

Unfortunately, I did not like anything about this property. The towels and sheets were of poor quality and had cigarette burn holes in them. I went to get a new set and remake my bed, but they were of the same poor quality. I received one of each towel for a 4-day stay. I was not pleased.

We were suppose to have a king bed but ended up with two queens. The room had only a wash cloth no towels. We had to ask for them and then the air condition did not work at first. No phone in room front desk door was locked most of the time. Poorly staffed. Staff that was there was nice I stayed a week because I had already prepaid for the room. I can guarantee I will not stay there again. Our last night there all I could do is smell pot and got a massive headache.

The room had food stains everywhere.. my sheets and pillowcases had blood (or something of that consistency) on them. Absolutely disappointed. The only thing that room was missing was cockroaches.

The room was in terrible condition. We found bed bugs on the bed we didn’t use. It’s very outdated and I’m poor condition. We will never stay there again!
