I had a reservation for 2 rooms, but they called me and canceled it themselves, saying that they had no rooms available and they only had 1 but without air conditioning, they said they would refund my money, but they did not refund me anything.

It is no frills, and yet it is clean with the usual amenities (tv, wifi, etc.) and the receptionist is very accomodating.

There was a lot of clutter outside on the walkways. This was removed the next day and it looked much better. The outdated shag carpet needs to go. They were making an effort to clean and bring it some updating.

I paid upfront. I Confirmed with you directly the room is available. We drove for a whole day and being told no vacancy! The hotel did not give me a room and even refused a refund! If you do FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, I dont think you should open booking on expedia and take people’s money.

Drove hundreds of miles to stay at this model. When I arrived there was no one to be found at the desk for checkin. When someone did show up, all I got was a curt 'We don't have any rooms left." When I informed the woman that I had a reservation she said my room had been damaged by a broken pipe so it was uninhabitable. Why wasn't I notified before I got there? Not a good experience at this motel.

Didn't get the room I rented, used gloves laying outside my door. Towels laying in the chairs outside the room. Looks like a hooker hotel. They didn't clean it room 1 time didn't even bring clean towels.

This is a no-frills motel. There is no pool or continental breakfasts, but it’s decent for a good night’s sleep. Staff was really friendly and hardworking. My room was clean. There were some rooms being worked on and those had furniture out in front of them. I’m sure it’s not the norm but that didn’t look too great. Rates were very reasonable.
