THERE ARE WELCOME DRINKS. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY. WE COME FROM MALAYSIA. THE CHECK IN TAKES A QUITE LONG TIME. WE ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW OUR PASSPORTS. LUCKILY THE DECORATION IS GREAT AND WE CAN SPEND THE WAITING TIME TO TAKE PHOTOS. IT IS VERY SUITABLE FOR FAMILY WITH YOUNG CHILDREN. THERE ARE THREE CHILDREN WITH US, 3 YEARS OLD, 2 YEARS OLD AND 1 YEAR OLD RESPECTIVELY. WE HAVE BOOKED TWO ROOMS AND THE RATE IS LOWER THAN USUAL. MOREOVER, THE BREAKFAST IS INCLUSIVE. IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN, IT IS THE ONLY HOTEL PROVIDING BREAKFAST IN HATYAI AREA. THE ROOM IS NICE. THERE ARE MANY DRINKS INCLUDING ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AVAILABLE FOR US TO PURCHASE AND SNACK FOOD TOO. IT HELPS TO KEEP MY SONS QUIET. WE ARE LUCKY TO GET TO CONNECTING ROOMS. IT IS MUCH MORE CONVENIENT AS IT IS ALWAYS A BAD IDEA TO TAKE CARE OF THREE OF THEM MYSELF. THE ROLL AWAY BED FOR THE THIRD PERSON HAS BEEN ALREADY MOVED INTO THE ROOM BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL. AND THIS HOTEL PROVIDES MASSAGE SERVICE. THE RATE IS ACCEPTABLE TOO. IN SHORT, I HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE STAYING IN THIS HOTEL. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THE CORRIDOR OF THIS HOTEL IS OPEN SO THERE IS NO AIR-CON :)
Even though the hotel is away from town, it was a pleasant stay there. Quiet with warm and friendly staff. The only thing missing would be tea/coffee making facility to start in the morning. The hotel should also have some tourism map for Hat Yai. They should also have rate table for transport in the rooms. This would make the tourist life easier to move around.
Overall I have no negative comments and thankful coz making local calls is free from the hotel handphone at the lobby counter.
