"Communication with the host was exceptional. Keneesha is an excellent host - 5+. House was even better than the pictures and description. Well appointed kitchen. Pool was a welcome respite. "This place was perfect for our visit to my grandparents who live in Sun City. Great location with respect to Sun City West. Comfortable beds. Nice that one room was set up with twin beds for my kids. My 89 and 92 year old grandparents were able to get out of the house and visit with us in the back yard on the porch. A nice change of scenery for them where they could interact with my kids while they played. Plenty of space for our 3 generations to stay. Would book again!"

"Everything was as described with a few flaws. Wi-fi was non existent, bedroom tv did not work well, dvd didnt work at all, living room had only basic channels, towel holder on glass kept falling off. Needs a power strip on nightstands for easy cpap machine or phone charger plug ins. Didn't get to swim, but looks really nice. Quiet, safe, new neighborhood. It was a nice stay once we got over the few challenges."
