"Absolutely fine, was welcomed by a thoroughly nice chap who checked us in etc. Room was up in the rafters but was nice, comfortable bed and a magnificent bathtub. Spent an hour in the bar and enjoyed that, drinks were reasonable price and it seemed to be quite full. Had to leave at 06:00 to catch ferry so didn’t eat breakfast. Only negative was the toilet seat was quite loose and I felt a little uneasy sitting on the pan, expecting it to slip off at any second. Absolute not a show-stopper...

"So glad we booked this place rather than a large hotel in the area that we were considering. The room was gorgeous with a big bath tub (we chose one of the big rooms). Check in was easy, staff were v friendly and accommodating despite looking after the restaurant too (special mention to Ashmi who waited on us a couple of times in the restaurant). "The property is well kept, clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed to feel we were home away from home. It was located within a quiet neighborhood. We stayed as a family of 6 to visit the area. Each room was spacious and inviting. We used it as our base to visit the surrounding area - Corfe Castle to Studland Bay. The property manager was easy to communicate with from the very beginning."
