"The room was a little smaller than it looked in the picture but not an issue. There was some mole in the freezer which was unpleasant to find. Everything else was great. Easy checkin and checkout experience. Quiet area and amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen was full of appliances and utensils. Overall a great stay just some small issues that can be easily fixed. "

"This is a great small family owned motel right in town in Montauk. The rooms are all recently renovated with eclectic furniture, high end parachute bed lines, in room microwave & fridge. We stayed in the standard queen, which is on the smaller side but has a small table and chairs, dresser & plenty of space for 2 people. The bathrooms have a large stand up shower & public goods bath products. The pool deck is large (but closed for winter in April). Our favorite part was the courtyard area with...

"The location is perfect! You can walk right into town. The rooms are decent, but the beds and pillows are not very comfortable. I do wish there was better locks and maybe a small safe in the room. "
