"Likes: golf buggy very good, property was very quiet, great views, kettle and fans and air conditioners and lights all worked, property was clean on the inside. Dislikes: top floor balcony plus awning need guernying to remove dirt and mould, top balcony chair cushions need cleaning of bird poo, carpets need proper cleaning to remove stains, floor tiles in kitchen all chipped, no hand towel in kitchen (there is a tea towel), lounge area rug needs a good vacuum clean, overhead fans need cleaning top and bottom, need a small blower to remove numerous leaves from the outdoor area, other minor issues that a handyman could fix."
