Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. My stays at the hotel proved to be comfortable and I would commend the hotel to others. Given prices of hotels in the Tokyo metropolis regions being so hyped up these days, the price offered at Marrode Inn was reasonable.

Close to Mt Takao
We only stayed one night. It is just a hotel room with some space for luggage and a very ordinary breakfast. We chose it because it was close to the railway station and we didn't have far to drag our luggage. There was nothing outstanding, but also nothing really wrong with it.

Disliked: Room comfort
The neighhourhood a bit of the red light district!
General the hotel is for short stay, the only issues I dislike is the elevator and corridoor with smoking smell, and room is not comfortable with noisy train track sounds!
Hi! This is a typical business hotel which accommodate a lot of tourist. Hachioji is like mini Shinjuku so you're expect a lot of eating out around the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fine and the staff are quite good in English and quite friendly.

Average
All around average. Employees were nice. Breakfast was cheap and overall worth it. Mostly Japanese fare. Kinda old and worn down. Neighborhood is mostly axe bars but it's close to the station. Some good eats nearby.
