"Pros: Free and plenty of parking, free breakfast, nice staff, and the bed was comfortable
Cons: The shower and toilet is the entire restroom so after a shower the entire bathroom would be flooded so we couldn’t use the toilet, the towels were small, wasn’t as clean as I had hoped but okay, the amenities were small we had to go out and buy our own stuff."
"We had a “club” room which gave us access to a little room off the lobby with soda and snacks and a buffet breakfast. My husband liked the breakfast but for me it was not worth the extra cost of the “club” status.
The staff were all wonderful. We especially enjoyed the shuttle service. The drivers were great and full of good information on local spots. They took us to the Botanic Garden and to a local restaurant.
Would definitely stay again."
"I know the carpets are older and you plan an update But I hope you keep true to the arts and craft styling!!! The staff especially Grace were so accommodating, understanding and helpful. It would be great to add microwaves to each room and offer self serve laundry room. Thx"
"Cracked floor almost cut my foot open, and why tell me their is a security deposit once I arrived on time when I paid for my room before via app!? Water was leaking in bathroom"
