"Rooms are very very old , no central air conditioning, no safe box , no windows , beds are comfortable but they don’t provide you with comforters, they give you bey thin blanket , we had no WiFi in our room , every time to make a call I had to go to hallway which was very hot and humid to make a phone call , to go to our room I had to walk outside then inside to go to my room , staff were very friendly, food and breakfast was okay for the money you spend but I will not go back "

The rooms were spacious and cozy but need updating are Cupboard was broken couldn’t open it no in room safe there was a safe at reception no tea or coffee in the room beds were ok shower was great! "Overall it was a great place for the money we paid. The staff was supper attentive and the service was great. The rooms and hallways were clean. The AC worked well and quietly. We could hear the clubs at night but it wasn't too bad. It’s hard to call this place an “all inclusive” as the included foods are only the buffer (quite modest breakfast, ok lunch, fast food snack and a usually good supper). As for drinks, only a small selection of alcohol and beverages are included. Even Turkish coffee...

"First impressions were good, lovely, clean & well kept hotel. Dont think it had been open long this season as when meal times came the food was shocking & no choice, you got what you were given! On our 2nd night a coach full of Arabic tourists arrived and all of a sudden everything sprang to life, thank god they turned up. Weather was awful but clearly that is not the hotels fault but there was no bar but the open pool bar available so we had to take our drinks and sit in reception, not great!!...

"Most worrying aspect was the complete lack of hygiene. Bathroom had mould in shower, door handle broken, toilet and sink cleaned once during stay after asking 3 staff to arrange. Rooms "cleaned" by male staff. Restaurant and pool toilets not cleaned with cleaner/bleach throughout our 10 night stay. Hosepipe by pool NEVER used, pool area filthy. Restaurant staff coughed\sneezed, then handled food\implements without washing hands. Restaurant tables cleared but rarely wiped with a cloth, again no...
