Took us 2 hours to get settle due to the parking being in another hotel, blankets are dirty they had hair everywhere. The person at the front desk needs more training. Other than that I spend a great time walking and being at the plaza..

Buena estancia , magnífica vista
La vista de la ciudad que tiene el hotel es increíble , vale la pena. Para llegar al hotel tienes que subir escaleras que para alguien no muy deportista la verdad son muy cansadas. El hotel está en el mero corazón de la ciudad por lo que el estacionamiento no está en el mismo lugar del hotel. El estacionamiento está como a 850 metros caminando , con maletas es complicado. Lo mejor es dejar las maletas en el hotel y luego llevar el auto al estacionamiento ya sin maletas. El ruido de la ciudad si se escucha en la noche , pero si eres de sueño pesado no hay problema. El personal del hotel es muy amable y apoyan en todo.

The view is great but walking up all those stairs is a killer! You sure get your workout during your stay at this hotel!

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city. I was able to walk to the gallery I was exhibiting at, as well as all of the local event happening at the Cervantino. This place was great and a great deal. I would recommend the Hotel.

The hotel is very close to the center of town and has a lovely view over the church in front of it. The staff was friendly and our room was very clean. We would stay there again. A little difficult to find when arriving because there aren’t any signs at the entrance walkway. Be prepared for stairs at the hotel and all around the city.

The hotel suite on top was AMAZING! Privacy all around and the best view possible. Only one thing was difficult and it was the steps walking up after a long day.

The hotel has a beautiful panoramic view of the city of Guanajuato. It is located in the heart of the city and you have everything at hand, fun, food, history, really beautiful. The only thing is that you must be ready to climb many many steps other than that everything is very nice. Oh and the attention of the staff is excellen.

Old and dirty restroom shower, old rooms old dirty windows, old bed pillows old shower towels old front door with regular bedroom locks felt unsecured at night doors not safe feel at all. We were expecting better than this.

I liked the view , not the stairs to get to our room but it could have been nice to have a coffee maker at our room and a few free couple of drinks for free as a reward for all that . The personal was very helpful , we enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back , thanks .

Great views, friendly staff but it all went downhill after a hotel employee accessed our room and used the bathroom for #2. We found out since the person did not bother flushing down the used toilet paper but rather left it on the trash can. Quite disgusting! We also lost a phone charger and the hotel staff was of zero help.

We really loved the staff service. They where really helpful with transportation and luggage services. Room was really clean, breakfast was delicious with beautiful view of the town, everything was really close by and accesible. Tour service was just around the corner of the hotel location, people are really helpful and friendly. Had a great experience overall.

Everything was excellent: service, cleanliness, toiletries, the view from our room and the bed. The only thin to observe was the TV. There was not cable service, but we did not care about because we did not had time to watch TV.

View is amazing, too many steps to get to hotel! Quiet hotel. Chili at night and not enough blankets for guests. Aldo was very helpful during our stay.

80 stairs to reception and another 50 to room, which had a fabulous view. No allowance to help from the road. Continental breakfast was very poor but they did offer a regular breakfast for addition funds, Tired property!

I liked that it is in the heart of the city, I went there with my mom so for an elderly person, It will be tiring going up the stairs, too many. My mom who is 65 complained every time we were going up,

Amazing views!
Location is great, there is no vehicle access to Hotel, you have climb about 93 steps (stairs) to get to Hotel. Personel was great, they helped with bagage. You can store your car in another of their properties which is 10 min away, they can transport you there. View from Hotel is amazing, Teatro Juarez, Universidad de Guanajuato, Temples, etc. Rooms have some charm but bathrooms can use some renovation.
