Air conditioning was nit working for the days we were there. Heat index of 112⁰ and no air...no compensation for this was offered. Was a very costly stay for such an inconvenience. Also my 86 year old mother felt very rushed to let the valet take the car when they had just pulled up and hadn't even gotten their luggage out of the car yet. Room was nice otherwise and room service was good.

The hotel was very nice. However, there were some minor issues we had over a long Memorial Day weekend stay. First off the elevators on the property are very fast, however, they are also very loud. You hear them throughout the building constantly and it makes it difficult to sleep. The bar staff was mostly friendly, although they through away our unfinished drinks a couple times, and offered to make us new ones but always charged us for them. The fees at the hotel are pretty ridiculous. They will charge amenity fees on almost everything. But the staff up front was easy to work with and they worked with our flights in an early and late checkout. It was nice but I wouldn’t go back of my own choosing.

"We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Beautifully decorated. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Rooms were quiet and very clean. Short walk to the dance hall and restaurants. Each room had a view of the river. Smelled wonderful!!!! We will be back for sure."
