"Nous avons bien profité de la maison, des alentours. C’est une très belle région. Dommage que le spa ne fonctionnait pas, il manque un peu de vaisselle pour une si grande maison et un-deux parasols pour le bord de la piscine. Sinon c’était parfait. De bons montant de partage.
La personne qui s’occupe de la maison est sympathique et serviable. Un immense merci."
"Disappointing, overpriced IMO. We were in a separate apartment to the main hotel so could not use the main facilities conveniently, such as the pool. If we wanted to use the restaurant we had to drive. Our apartment was very small and only had a small pool. AC was not very good and wifi was terrible. Expected great things, was below average considering the price. Off of a main road, with fast cars so could not cycle or run safely. Will not go again."
"Lovely surroundings and pleasant room. A little confusion over room type (twin beds booked - but it was quickly resolved) and dinner (you have to give notice that you want to eat there - but again, this was resolved and we were able to get an evening meal) The pool was available and as described which was nice.
Overall a very pleasant stay. "
"Picture Butlins in the 70s, the place was like a childrens camp some form of PGL maybe. It was really weird the owners have an obsession with gnomes, bunting and hand painted animal signs. The land in which it is situated is flat and not much to do around (locally). The pools were very nice but have changed somewhat since the pictures were taken for expedia. I would not stay here it is geared up for the Italian family market not Couples.
The rooms were odd our room had a little cooker and sink...

"The attention for me was overwhelming. I am not used to this treatment. Everyone of the staff was helpful and nice. I got a couple notes:
- Do the things in the bigger towns that you need before arriving to this place because the options are limited and not convenient
- Come in a car because public transportation is doable but I don’t recommend
- the public spring waters are not a minute walk. It took me 30 minutes to walk to the exit of the resort and when I put the gps to go to the place it was another 30 minutes.
Recommendations:
Not necessary but it will have help me and save me the embarrassment (again it was mainly my fault )
- invest in an ATM so foreigners can have an easy access to cash since the hotel does not do currency exchange.
Other than that, I will have to come again when my health is better to see the public spring waters.
Thank you for your service."

"This hotel was like visiting your Italian family. Sara was so kind and helpful, she arranged rides and suggested fun things for the kids. The lunches and dinner were delicious!!! And let’s not forget the wine. If you are looking for a place to make memories in Tuscany, this is the place. We plan to return one day. "

"We are on a 2 week trip around Italy and this was by far our favourite place to stay. All the staff were super awesome, breakfast was amazing and the rooms were super clean/cozy. Will definitely come back if we are in the area again! "
"We like the view, the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff members, the comfort of our room and the surrounding area of the resort.
However, we did find a large section of spider web hanging from the top of our room. Also, it’s very difficult to get to the resort, but once you get there you’ll be able to enjoy it."
