Amazing location on the border of Little Italy, Chine Town and Soho. The room was big for New York and had a comfortable bed and big walk in shower. Would definitely stay again.

We had some issues with one staff member being Rude and sometimes lack of communication between staff I asked or requested services that were either ignored or lost in communication. Been a good customer have to think about returning
