View from our room was amazing. Interestingly, we were on floor -1 and it seemed like an unwanted stepchild of floors. All the lights in our hallway turned on only when you entered it. The overhead lights, paint and carpet were all old school--real old school. It was a bit of a "Shining" moment each time I stepped into that dark corridor. This is a large, statuesque hotel. It could use some painting and additional care that a formidable building like this needs. But that can only be done in the summer months, so not casting any stones. All things considered, a nice experience and I'm happy to recommend. If your primary destination is St. Moritz, I might suggest staying there. I found the Bus drivers and train personnel to be a completely unhelpful awful lot, and bussing it down to the station and over to St. Moritz sation was a considerable hassle (in my opinion) every day. That aside, the hotel experience was great. I would stay here again if my primary destination wasn't St. Moritz.

My wife and I went there for a wellness weekend. Since it was my birthday, Hotel offered me a free spa treatment, which was a nice gesture. All in all a nice experience in a decent castle-like Hotel.

Only stayed the one night but is very close to bus stops and the hotel is clean and lovely. The wellness centre was a great way to spend time in the evening after being out all day. Only issue we ran into was after missing a bus the hotel called a cab for us but after looking at the bus schedule we wanted to cancel the cab but she did not understand the request so we ended up having to take the cab which cost 40 chf (so almost $70 with exchange) for less than a 10 minute ride down the road. Lessons learned avoid taxis at all costs!!!!

Lovely large hotel, rooms are spacious, Spa is highlight of the stay. Breakfast has lots of choice including some gluten free options. Views are spectacular and a great easy to use shuttle to take you skiing.

Friendly & professional staff, especially the young lady( sorry don't remember name) in the Spa and the gentleman in charge for the breakfast. Greetings also to the cook who made the best eggs benedict. Very nice breakfast, anyway. Amazing view from the hotel- room. Direct acess to the Langlaufloipe

BE WARNED ABOUT THIS HOTEL!!! I stayed there for 5 days and did not have internet services in my room during the stay even though they were included in the price. I was told that maintenance would fix it, but it never happened. My trip was work-related, and not having internet in the room complicated things as I had to stay in the lobby late in the evenings. In addition, for 3 days, there was a nasty sewage smell in the room that made it necessary to sleep with my windows open and leave them open when I was away. Again, I complained and asked for a change of rooms, but my complaints were not addressed. The smell went away the day before I left. Finally, they offered me a coupon for a 25' massage if I booked a 50' one. I booked the massage, and when I went for the second (supposedly free) at first, they told me they did not have enough time to do it (clearly, they wanted to close the spa earlier), and when I complained, they agreed on giving me the service. However, instead of a 25' massage, they gave me one for 50' (I realized it later as I fell asleep during it ). When I did the checkout, I turned in the coupon, and they did not accept it. They told me that the woman at the spa had charged a 50' massage and that they couldn't do anything about it. I was angry, but there was no responsible person to talk to, and I also had to leave to catch my train. A total disappointment for a hotel of this category!!!

The Schloss Hotel and spa is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The hotel itself has friendly staff and great amenities. The only downside is that the decor is somewhat tired in the rooms.

Fantastic place in the heart of the village, nice staff, especially the night portier. Convenient ski pass proposal at a cheap price. Pity the restaurant was closed and the breakfast buffet was very limited. When we arrived at midnight, "our" room was not ready, so that we had to go to another one. The pool was unattended during 2 days. Information about skiing was approximative. But nice stay overall.

The front desk staff is very limited English proficient. The property is dated but well kept. We stayed in Rooms 123-124, that section of the building smelled like raw sewage. The smell appeared to come from the bathrooms possibly. I presented my concerns to front desk staff and they appeared bothered. They mentioned that they would send another front desk staffer to add a special liquid into the toilet to help with the smell. The staffer came and did that however the smell did not improve. I am awaiting a solution this morning. Note that the hallways and other rooms I. This area of the building smell the same. Horrible.

Hotel Schloss
Hotel was really clean and nice. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Spa was up to date and many saunas and areas to relax by the windows made it peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast had variety however Saturday morning the room was completely full and we needed to have breakfast in the other room. Parking service was really convenient. Thanks

My old schoolbus and 8 had a great stay at the Schloss Hotel. Friendly service and excellent espresso and cappuccino at the café bar.

Beautiful hotel
The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are clean and very nice. It is completely worth getting the mountain view rooms -- the view is indeed breathtaking and a joy to wake up to such a view. The breakfast was very good. Did not get a chance to try the spa. The restaurant is too expensive for the quality. The area has few to no other restaurants. Public transport is very sparse after 8pm.

We went for a short notice skiing trip. The place is newly renovated but by poor craftsman and/or with poor taste. The WIFI is a disaster, water pressure none, front desk understaffed. Breakfast okay. The Restaurant has touch of too much eastern europe. Rooms spacious but very very boring. Bathroom good, but poor design and no warm water pressure. Spa available but for a silly extra charge. Pool too much chlorine and very sterile. I think for little more they could have made this place really really good.

We loved staying at Pontresina
The hotel is very nice and very family oriented, the children felt very welcome and the hotel has an excellent childrens programme. The negative note, however, concerns Expedia, as we discovered that we could have gotten a better deal for our stay had we dealt directly with the hotel.

We had five wonderful days here and cannot comprehend the negative reviews, especially regarding the breakfast. Breakfast was full of delicious things and we really took our time in the morning to enjoy the meals. Staff has also been helpful and very friendly all the time. If you are thinking about coming here: Do it. You will not regret it!

Wir waren für ein Wochenende als Team im Hotel. Der Check in war in Ordnung, jedoch hätten wir uns über ein Begrüssungsgetränk gefreut, sowie über Hotelführung. Das Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber. Der Spa Bereich war ok. Für einen Wellness urlaub jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Ausserdem wurde uns am ersten Tag mitgeteilt, dass wir den Spa auch nach dem Checkout nutzen können, jedoch erwähnten sie nicht, dass es ab 13:00 Uhr kostenpflichtig ist. Was wir noch in keinem Hotel erlebt haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet, lässt keine Wünsche offen, ebenfalls das Abends war sehr empfehlenswert.
