Great location, super client service but sadly let down by a series of hotel issues. Frustrating stay as the front desk were great but we suffered too many issues to make it relaxing eg. front do not open!(batteries); safe lock not work (batteries); bath pressure too low to use; air conditioning needed to be turned off; smoke alarm with hotel evacuation at 5am. Latter probably unavoidable. Great potential but simply too many issues to rate higher than average. Sorry.
