Due to the current situation, our establishment Allegro Granada is closed, and we give our clients the option to stay in our superior Barceló Carmen Granada, where they're able to enjoy the same experience because it has the same quality of services and it is located in a central spot. We are sorry to read that your experience was a little below your expectations this time regarding the room design resulting from wear and tear in the room where you stayed. Our maintenance staff work hard to keep the facilities in good condition so guests feel comfortable.
