Did not like the limited spaces where we can park and had to locate blue dots. Other than the confusion of parking. There is no fault with Hilton Residences as an accommodation. It is spacious, plenty of things to do and it’s walking distance to everything in Surfers Paradise

The property is close to the beach. There were no support staff to contact and phone never gets answered. We had 2 cars but an extra car park was not available , we offered to pay for the second car parking lot, but our request was declined. There were cockroches on the floor and the wall of the balcony and we couldn't step in the balcony at night.

The property was well located in the centre of Surfers Paradise and very close to the beach. From Thurs - Sun nights the night clubs across the road can cause alot of noise. The property was well equip but did not have some simple amenities like tea bags and salt/pepper etc.

Cochroaches didnt help. So deceived by rhe photos, the apartment is old and very small. No extra beddingwas provided for 5th person. Carpets full of dustmites. It was disgusting and staff unhelpful. Do not stay here!

Beautiful modern apartment. The only negative is that there are no spare blankets and the blankets that are there are very light not warm enough and I believe it doesn’t get washed between guest, that’s pretty gross

Property need repair to windows had toilet paper put around windows to stop wind blowing and carpets were very shaggy needed repairs. We bit disappointed as this is called luxury apartments but good place to stay close to shops and amenities.

The sofa bed is broken and unable to be set up. We booked and paid for 4 of a family and ended can’t sleep 4 for the night. Regretted and disappointed with the property associated with Hilton. This is a shame and will never ever come back to here again and will tell friends and family and social media about this bad place.

Great variety of different pools to swim or lounge around by them. Lots of shaded seating also available. Enjoyed meandering around the many pathways to all the different outdoor spots. Very private and secluded oasis options on the pool, spa, gym level.

When booking we believed we were booking through the Hilton instead it’s privately run. You don’t get treated like a Hilton member. The staff don’t like to help you as the Hilton don’t get paid anything for our stay. No beach towels, no in-house telephone to call reception etc. we have stayed before and the experience was so much better.

Hilton Hotel we love and loved when we booked directly via Hilton. This room via Holiday Paradise was really disappointing. Rubbish in draws and cupboards from previous stays. Not clean at all. So many marks everwhere, greasy and sticky rangehood, blinds in bathrooms and rooms were terrible condition. Actually really unpleasant to even look at. Had to request items of empty boxes which were just left and not replaced. The hotel did deliver what we needed in all fairness but should have been topped up as part of there cleaning and check out service. Front door didnt close properly and nor did back slider door. For the price they charged per night the maintenance and conditions of the room wasn't worth it. Next time il go via Hilton direct.

Absolutely disgusting
Despite the name featuring the word “luxury” there was nothing luxury at all about the apartment. It was dirty, dilapidated, torn up carpets, smelly, the outside balcony was dirty, the shower door didn’t shut properly, the bath drain didn’t drain the water, the carpets were stained and dirty, there were previous stays food crumbs underneath the sofas, previous stays empty drink bottles under the bed, curtains weren’t blackout and didn’t close properly which meant there was lots of light coming through from sunrise onwards, shower tray and bath tubs were stained, the sofa was stained, random stains all over the furniture, dirt under the couches, just in general not what you’d expect from a property within the Hilton hotel chain, Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name associated with the residences as you’d expect the property to be at least a three to four star property, and although the hotel amenities were three to four star, the apartment itself was no better than a run down motel. With three kids, we were disgusted by the overall experience and it ruined our Christmas having booked over the holiday period. We paid a premium to be there from Christmas Eve through to the 28th December and it wasn’t worth the money spent and we should have just stayed home

Apartment is awesome and the ocean view is breathtaking. Very convenient in the middle of surfers paradise shopping/dining precinct plus walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended.

Good location ! But dont expect any good service . Its like getting airbnb . you’r on your own ! Wifi on and off. Checking-in is confusing specially when you are checking in beyond their ofc hrs. They will require you to send pic of your credit card to process deposit before providing u code to get key. And this wont be comfortable to some . They wont allow it to be process the ff:ing morning ! And they have their ofc hrs to follow whc i think shld be a 24/7 window for a hospitality industry. Hoping refund of the deposit will be fast !

Poor superior penthouse and got a run down 3 Bedroom Apartment. Lounge seating for three only and outside setting only had three seats but one broken. Windows howl from wind because locks don’t seal so poor sleeping. Carpet stains and worn one whole day without hot water. Overall poor superior penthouse. Should not be advertised as penthouse at all. View was the only positive.

What a marvellous view we had! I booked in this accommodation after a thorough research on finding a place with views of both the ocean and the city, on a lucid budget, and boy, this apartment is absolutely amazing! Apart from the breathtaking scenery from the 46th floor which we could enjoy in all rooms, the apartment itself is great too. As it is located in the Hilton building, it's in the very heart of Surfers Paradise, and a short stroll to the beach. The ladies at the reception desk were kind and friendly. Thank you for the lovely holiday, we would definitely return!

This place was just amazing, with great ocean views (panaromic) as advertised. Right in the middle of party strip, convenient and easy access to everything you need at surfers paradise. It was easy to communicate with the holiday paradise team. Would stay here again and would recommend highly.

The apartment was decent enough, mostly clean and in a good location but definitely not worth the price. Inconvenient having the reception down the road and up a flight of stairs from the entrance of the apartments, especially when carrying luggage. Was difficult to contact reception on any of the phone numbers even during office hours. Staff were unfriendly and didn't even speak to us upon check out. Would not stay again.

Was a great apartment in a great spot only criticism i would offer is that the pool was alwsys freezing cold be nice to have a heated pool and the lounge furniture could do with updating it was pretty uncomfortable and stained.

The location and the property facilities were amazing. The view was great from our panoramic view of the beach and river. Some nights were noisy from the nightclubs along Orchard avenue. Easy free parking. there were 4 of us and only 3 lounge seats. Would've been good to have 2 sofas. The cleanliness of the room was not that great. I would get wheezy and sneezy every time we were in the room. Visible dust and mold around air con vents. Toilet was sprayed with poo so clearly the toilets were not cleaned properly by cleaners before we arrived. walls need a bit of a touch up.
