The property was well located in the centre of Surfers Paradise and very close to the beach. From Thurs - Sun nights the night clubs across the road can cause alot of noise. The property was well equip but did not have some simple amenities like tea bags and salt/pepper etc.

Cochroaches didnt help. So deceived by rhe photos, the apartment is old and very small. No extra beddingwas provided for 5th person. Carpets full of dustmites. It was disgusting and staff unhelpful. Do not stay here!

Beautiful modern apartment. The only negative is that there are no spare blankets and the blankets that are there are very light not warm enough and I believe it doesn’t get washed between guest, that’s pretty gross

Property need repair to windows had toilet paper put around windows to stop wind blowing and carpets were very shaggy needed repairs. We bit disappointed as this is called luxury apartments but good place to stay close to shops and amenities.

The sofa bed is broken and unable to be set up. We booked and paid for 4 of a family and ended can’t sleep 4 for the night. Regretted and disappointed with the property associated with Hilton. This is a shame and will never ever come back to here again and will tell friends and family and social media about this bad place.
