We apoligized then and we'll apologize again for your inconvience and that Expedia gave you faulty information We did provided you with the names of several hotels within a block of us that are pet friendly.Unfortunately, if you go to Expedia and type in "pet friendly" hotels it not only brings up our hotel but also several others that are NOT pet friendly. We have asked Expedia on numerous occasions to fix this but to no avail.However, when you click on our websight(and the other non-pet friendly hotels) they clearly state that we are not pet friendly.. We did not tell you " good luck getting your money back" but we did tell you that your reservation had been prepaid through Expedia and you would need to go through them to cancel and get your money back and that we would not dispute the cancellation. For best service and accurate information its always best to book directly with the hotel. Especially if you have special needs or request. Again we are truly sorry for your bad experience.

At 35+ years young our building is indeed a little older but we are continually updating and remodeling. New roof happening this week! New fireplaces and bathrooms in the Honeymoonrooms last month!
