Room service cleaned 1 time for the entire time I was there (6 days) the walls are paper thin. The beds are old and worn. The fridge in the room didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work. Stay away from this place. If you have to stay here pray that you don’t get a room by the elevator and ice machine cause you will be able to hear every thing. The front desk staff is friendly when you can find them. The parking situation is limited so if you get a spot before dark do not move because you won’t find a spot afterwards. I would stay away from this place.

Great location within walking distance to the springs, adventure park and restuarants. There's a free bus that takes you around town as well with a stop right outside of the hotel. Comfortable beds and decent breakfast options. My only complaint is super thin walls/doors. We could hear people talking.

The beds were soooo comfortable. The room was very clean. The shower head was the best. I need that for home. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The hotel was spotless. I will definitely come back when I visit next time. I was a happy camper.

Great location and very convenient. The floor in the bathroom had a lot of black hair and the carpets are very dirty. The staff is friendly and approachable and the breakfast is really nice. Plenty of parking available.

Check in was ok fast and polite costumer service, but the property itself was dirty needs some up dating and their parking situation needs attention if you get there in the evening you can't find anywhere to park! Also forget about getting any rest if you like sleeping late noise is horrible we had a dog barking in the room next to us all the time!!

The stay was pretty good over all. The only real issue I had was the house keeping. I requested it a couple times and they never showed. Also when calling the front desk for extra towels, it took about 2 hrs and 3 calls to the front. The pool is a lot small than the pictures show. The breakfast is basic and not a lot of options. It is in a pretty decent location.

The price for the room was great, it was very kid friendly, and we enjoyed the pool, and the convienience of the location and closeness to all that Glenwood springs has to offer. I found that the hotel room was not as clean as it should be, the bathroom had disgusting stains on the walls, and there was a leftover dirty towel hanging on the back of the door, there were gross stains on the pull out couch, and the chairs in the room.

The lobby, breakfast lounge area, and our room were all nice and comfy. Overall clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was bummed that the hot tub was out of service during our stay, although that didn't seem to deter people from using it anyway (?? I don't understand people sometimes). My son was happy with the breakfast options, but i was disappointed that they got rid of the big pot of oatmeal and only had the single packets of instant oatmeal instead. I love staying in Glenwood and the location is this hotel is pretty great for being able to walk almost anywhere in town. The bed was super comfy and the shower had pretty good water pressure, even on the top floor!
