Winter family retreat
We had a wonderful time with our kids and dog, running, sledding, trekking and warming by the fire. Communication with hosts was impeccable. Very kind hosts reached out to see if we needed anything. Spacious loft and apartment like lower level made room for everyone. We will be coming back next winter and will look into summer booking, too.

Review
The lock on the door did.not work consistently. We sometimes had to try 3-4 times. Location Hard to find - I think at the last turn there was a sign with my name I it. Dryer was filled with towels and a sheet. Never did find the trash location. After going 20 minutes out of our way we had to take it with us. Since we paid for a cleaning fee it would be nice for trash to be part of that fee. Needed a tv on each floor

We're pleased that you were able to navigate it successfully. It appears that our woodsy, backcountry experience may not have perfectly matched your preferences, and we understand any inconveniences this may have caused. Fortunately, there are various alternatives available, with paved surroundings, well-lit streets, and an array of television options to consider. Concerning the check-out instructions, they adhere to standard practices for vacation rentals. We sincerely wish you the best of luck with all your future travel plans.

Wanted an Adirondack Cabin on a lake, and we got it!
Beautiful multi-story cabin on a secluded private lake on the western edge of the Adirondack Park. Came with multiple watercraft and fishing gear. This place will let you get away from it all.

Very happy with the property. It was clean and fully stocked. Nice relaxing and quiet location. Garrett and Kellie were excellent hosts. We had an initial hiccup with the reservation but Garrett worked with us to find an acceptable solution. We would recommend the property.

THE PERFECT SPOT
Everything was fabulous! Our big sell besides the amazing cabin space.. covered porch and amazing view… was the dog friendliness! Some places want to charge you per dog and per day and that’s just crazy! Our dogs are well behaved and had a fabulous time at Blue Line! We plan to go back year after year and are so thrilled that the owners share this incredible property with others! So friendly and excellent communication! Definitely 5 stars!!!!!

Perfect long weekend autumn get away
The property is beautiful and exudes Adirondack charm! Peaceful, restful, comfortable indoors and out. Plenty of room for two families. Had everything we wanted and needed-- Highly recommend for perfect get away!

Relaxing getaway
The surronding woods and lake were beautiful and we had fun hiking, rowing, paddling and then relaxing in the comfortable, clean and well set up cabin. Our dog had fun too and they even had a big kennel area.

Lots of amenities
A very secluded property with many extras such as 2 row boats, kayak, paddle board, pedal boat and inflatables for the water. We enjoyed the water and all the outdoor games too.

Perfect Adirondacks vacation cabin, pet-friendly
We had a wonderful time at this rental, and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again! Check-in and communication with owner was easy and the cabin was very clean on arrival. This place is even better than the pictures show. The porch is especially great and we ate most of our meals outside. The downstairs is nice and cool and a great place to watch movies on a warm day. It’s very well appointed and we enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen. We appreciated that this place was dog friendly - our dog had a blast! This cabin is at the end of the street so it’s very peaceful and quiet. It’s not far to hiking trails nearby which we enjoyed as well. We recommend this cabin very highly and hope to stay there again in the future!

Great stay in Glenfield to Snowmobile
Wonderful cabin in Glenfield and super close to the snowmobiling trails. My husband and a few family friends stayed in this cabin for 3 nights to enjoy some snowmobiling. The cabin was super clean and very spacious. The fireplace is perfect to keep the house warm even in the coldest days. The outdoor grill was perfect even in the cold to grill steaks after a day of riding. We had to change our dates due to an illness and the owner was very helpful and had no issue making the change. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in the area. The lake probably also makes for a wonderful summer stay.

Beautiful Cabin, Beautiful Location
We loved our stay and would definitely return. My husband, grown son, and I along with our two dachshunds stayed here for the first week in October. We usually do crazy planned vacations where there is an itinerary and we go from morning until night. (2019 Paris/Amsterdam) We wanted the opposite of that and we got exactly what we wanted. Such a beautiful location. The leaves were changing, the weather cooling and the outside deck and firepit were exactly what we needed. My husband and son did some fishing on the lake. They also went salmon fishing on the Salmon River. The cabin is just beautiful with all the right touches. You will love this location!

Great Cabin!
The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and on a great piece of property on the lake. Everything was as advertised and the owners thought of everything to have in the home for guests. The two levels were great for our two families, with separate living areas and bathrooms for each. The pond was great for fishing, swimming, and boating. Very peaceful and a relaxing getaway. Thanks for having us!

This place is amazing! The cabin is both rustic and refined. Perfect getaway. Our husky Mika LOVED our canoe ride around the lake! The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Loved our nightly campfire. Hope to return.

Peaceful Dog-Friendly Adirondack Stay
We wanted a quiet fall getaway for a small business retreat where we could just relax and enjoy ADK nature at it's best. We are a small group of dog trainers and were looking for a place that would welcome our well-behaved dogs and also provide amenities they could enjoy too. This place was perfect! We went during the week and there was hardly anyone else around. The dogs loved swimming in the lake while we used the kayak and we all enjoyed walks on the private road leading into the cabin. The VRBO photos made the cabin seem bigger than it was but honestly that was not an issue for us at all. Just a slight shift in expectations when we first walked in. There was more than enough room for all 4 humans and 3 dogs and would have been spacious enough if we had twice that. The cabin was very clean and well kept. The updated kitchen and master bathroom was perfect! We spent a most of our time on the main level with the covered porch when we weren't outside. The view was lovely at all times of day. We will definitely be returning. Some of our group would love to return separately with their children since it was also seemed to be very kid-friendly.

Nice option if you want to avoid the crowds of Old Forge, Inlet or Long Lake. The lakes water is crystal clear, lots of fish to catch.

Short but sweet
Communication with property owner was the best I’ve ever had. Our time was cut short due to circumstances that the owner could not control, but proper steps to resolve the situation were done, which was great! House was spacious and had a beautiful second story hang out area. Two small things... although it says cell service available I did not have service at all which really was kind of nice ! My husband did not enjoy this due to the fact he was still working, so that was a little interesting watching him chase service throughout the day. Also, it was 97 degrees the day we were there, so the house was HOT! Fans are available, but loft and kitchen area were still extremely hot at night making sleeping a little uncomfortable. Claim the basement room for a comfortable evening! Kitchen fully stacked with just about anything you would need which is nice. The owner was extremely accommodating. We did enjoy out short stay !! The area is extremely tucked away which is a nice change from this crazy world. Water activities were available which was also nice. Thanks again!

Our family of six had such a great time here! It was exactly as pictured and they were so great to work with. Our kids LOVED the loft and absolutely LOVED being out on the lake. It was a perfect destination for a change of scenery while social distancing!! Owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again in the future!

The owners were nothing short of amazing when coordinating and answering questions throughout the trip. The cabin has plenty of family board games , toys and movies to keep any kid filled family busy indoors closer to bed time . Everything was clean and well maintained. Beautiful Cabin!
We were looking for a cabin with easy access to the snowmobile trail system in NY...unfortunately, Glenfield didn't have enough snow to connect to Tug Hill but we couldn't have been happier with this cabin and its coziness! We were two families of four, with teenagers, and we LOVED the NO WIFI!! Our kids actually talked to us, played pictionary with us and we had a blast snowmobiling close by! Would love to check out this cabin in the summer!

Absolutely beautiful!! Incredibly peaceful setting!!
We had a great stay at the cabin. We rented with family for a long weekend of riding the ATV trails. The location was perfect and the cabin and setting were beautiful!! The cabin had all the comforts of home with a true Adirondack feel. The fireplace and deck were our favorites! Looking forward to returning soon!!

Wonderful relaxing week
If you are looking to get away from it all in a peaceful nature setting, look no further. Our week was wonderful with our adult children and grandbabies. Cabin is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is so peaceful and relaxing. Great accommodations. Homeowner makes sure all needs are met. You will not go wrong by booking a vacation here!! Grandbabies cried because they did not want to leave. One kept saying that " it is the best camp ever,"
