"Stayed for one night but was good. Room spacious, was a family room, big double comfy bed plus folding settee bed. Only change would be addition of curtain at small window, as only had vertical blind and this let in early morning-light. Breakfast was good, friendly, helpful staff, good selection fruit, cereals and cooked food. Had the full Scottish which set me up for the rest of the day."

"We had a quick overnight stay to break up a long journey and booked here so we could explore the area. In particular the Kelpies which according to Expedia is a short walk from the hotel. This isn’t true. It’s over an hour to walk and about 20 minutes in the car. Lovely hotel, superb big bed which was very comfortable. Staff very nice and dining options were good. "

"We had a great stay for two nights with our son and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when in the area. The room was perfect for our needs, everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming and we had the best breakfast we’ve had for ages. Highly recommended "
