"Very disappointed, Not happy as was advertised on hotels.com web site as dog friendly, but the shepherds hut was not we found out on arrival. Wendy the owner wasn’t happy as we had a small dog and she had to collect payment from us it should of been paid prior to arrival. And the fact it was cheaper through you. "It was the best place I’ve stayed at in Peterborough so far. Clean, nice, and central. Only criticisms are the shower door was broken/not attached properly ( I expect this was a previous resident and hasn’t been noticed yet) and that the double bed was 2 singles with a double sheet over it, so I kept waking up falling down the middle! But with that said, it was a decent place and I will likely return. "

Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked. There was no check-in information provided.
