Normally our standard for friendlyness we look for is the one you experienced at breakast. We have rental sheets so if you had let us know at local we would have given it back. Sorry if our roommaids did not realize that the the sheet was not perfect. We do not know the reason for your problems with WiFi. Other guests were able to use it. the original problem was the start/check in. 1.The official underground parking garage is very easy to use. From adults the authorities expect to read the Englisch directions and to park their cars properly.Besides there are parking places for free in the street but one has to obey the parking signs We feel very sorry that the directions to park the car had not been read properly and the car in between was parked where it is not allowed. As the resulting ticket was not our fault of the we denied to refund it. From that point on everything was a problem. 2. Also not acceptable is the complaint about the visitor tax which has to be payed in every hotel working correctly. Like all other things the amount was stated overdrawn. 3. Everybody else who did not have an old but properly working smartphone was able to use WiFi. 4. The heating very easily can be controlled by thermostats from Danfoss (one oft the best German producers). If you turn right it becomes warmer if you turn left colder. 5. The newly renovated bathroom/shower drains perfect for everybody who is using showers with new thermostat elements properly. These are made specially for easy and comfortable use in hotels. 6. The complaint about the 5,00 € coin: Everybody knows that 5,00 € coins do not exist. But this says a lots about the rest oft he complaints. 7. We are very happy to hear that eating breakfast was not so difficult to handle, but easy to eat and delicious. We can not offer the 24 hours fullservice of a 5 stars Hotel but we think we gave a good service for 84,90 € for 03 persons.

As at your arrival we had been fully booked we were not able to offer a room with private bathroom to you. We would be very pleased if you visited us again but: we recoomend our rooms and apartments with private bathroom. These rooms are much better for not much more money. thank you very much for your friendly review though especially your review concerning the windows are proveable untrue. You choosed one of our 03 "low budget" rooms which have common bathroom only. We can not guarantee that every guest which used the bathroom directly befor you is leaving it the way he found it befor-therefor these kind of rooms are cheaper than the ones with private bathroom you could have choosed.
