"We enjoyed our short stay at Fougeres. Roselyn and Jean Louis were very helpful with directions of how to find the gite. They organised Jocelyn to meet us on our arrival and show us how everything worked. The gite was warm and cosy with all the mod cons to make us comfortable. "Brilliant stay here on route to Dordogne. Host very welcoming and room very up-to-date and spot less. Attention to details like diffuser on hairdryer spot on. Also use of kitchen an added bonus. Would definitely recommend a stay here"

"We stayed here for three weeks in July/August. It was a fabulous cottage with a great layout for our family of 5 (3 children) and was very well equipped. We were met on arrival by the owners (Roselyne and Jean-Louis) who showed us around and explained everything to us. They were both fantastic hosts, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Roselyne’s homemade fig and rhubarb jam and plum and cherry jam were delicious! Thank you. The area was perfect for us with the many little beaches...

"Booked to stay over night as passing through, check in was through an electronic device so no actual person in reception, check in was fine and easy to do, in going into the room we were shocked at how small it was, the bathroom is very similar to what you get on a boat crossing ferry, no plug sockets in room to charge phones etc so bare this in mind if you are needing to recharge, room was clean, we decided to not stay the night due to facilities available and booked elsewhere "
