Older property that is showing age despite remodel. Comfortable for a short stay. Great location on the Seawall. Many breakfast options & cappuccino machine in lobby. Checkin was easy. Staff was friendly. Elevator was iffy.

The door to our room would not lock properly. The alarm continually went off the plunger in the sink stuck. We had to use a knife to open it each time. The refrigerator froze. Our food. I went to the front desk she said call Expedia. She never wrote down these things so that they could repair them in the future for someone, I have stayed here before this. I was incredibly disappointed. I could not get in touch with Expedia no matter what I did. I finally called American Express contest. !!

This place is disgusting. There were stains all over the walls of our room and roaches in the bathroom. The whole room had a weird smell to it. I was afraid to lay in the bed. We moved next door. Do not book this place!

The hotel was clean and right across the street from the beach which is what we wanted. However there were only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. I went and asked for more towels and wash cloths and they said we had to exchange the used towels for new ones. Then when I went to exchange the used towels they didn’t have enough clean and the one staff member was rude about needing to exchange the towels. The rest of the staff were friendly though.

This hotel rates a 6.8 on Expedia but it should be a 5 or 6. It’s older and dirty, and the only thing “renovated” is the lobby. The rooms maybe were renovated 20 years ago, and show it. For 10 bucks more you can get a hotel rated 8.0. I should have known better.

While the property was close to the convention center, the floorboards, especially in the bathroom, had not been cleaned in a long time. The flooring was very slick in the bathroom and I almost fell a couple of times. The faucet to the shower was not well attached.

Good location, great value for the area. The room was renovated and fairly nice for the price point. The bathroom could have been cleaner and we checked in without any towels. The property needed some maintenance with regard to the vending area being in disrepair, and several other areas could have needed some TLC. However, the staff was friendly and most of the amenities were a great value and nice for the price. It was shortly after spring break, and I am sure the property had seen some mileage with the season. Would stay here again.

Property was not at all the way it was described. It was musty, the room didn’t look very clean. The property looked questionable.

This is a perfect location, but isn't maintained. We had a decent view. Our room left lots to be desired. The shower needed caulking and the shower head itself almost came off the wall when we tried to use it. There was rust in the floor from the rusted hinges that noone bothers to clean. There was one single towel in our room. The windows in my room were disgusting. It was a non smoking room but there were cigarette burns in the comforter on the bed. Cleaning this hotel would go a long way! Where is the quality control... Where are the owners?There is trash laying everywhere on the property, the elevators were shaky and gross. My daughter was super excited about the pool. It was very murky and not clear whatsoever. The breakfast was great. The staff were super responsive to needs, especially day staff.

The staff were very friendly. The room was cleaned, however the room itself was kinda falling apart. The bulky metal toilet paper dispenser was literally falling out of the wall. And there was a space on the wall where you could tell a picture had been, but had just been taken down and they just left the hardware in the wall… These rooms were supposed to have been recently renovated when clearly they had not.

This place was a disappointment. I thought i was going to a 4 star resort but it was more like a 2 star. The indoor pool is in another hotel and the one they had was very little and to crowded. The walls was very thin and the noise was over the top.
