The pics are not what you see when you arrive at the property and enter the rooms. It was trashy around the property and the room smelled like mold. There were only two employees working, the manager and the front desk person. The manager was the cleaning crew.......

There were lots of bugs/roaches and the comforters had stains on them - the pillows were worn out; bathroom door would not shut and could see large gaps around the front door; vents were missing; not much hot water to shower/bathe with

The stay was good. Not a 5 star by no means, but a comfortable quite stay. The only complaint is I've had better continental breakfasts at cheaper hotels "Holiday Inn"... This one didn't have much to choose form.

The property is being renovated which I could see paint cans, etc in many rooms (with curtains open). But if a room is available, it should be completely finished. My bathroom did not appear finished with paint smeared on edges of tile as well as wall plates. In addition, the toilet water supply had been converted so as not to use the water tank on the back, but it was still intact with a lid balanced on the top that did not fit. The bathroom floor was dirty- I could see dried smudge marks and hair. With that said, the towels and furniture seemed to be clean, and bed and pillows were comfortable. But the dirty bathroom floor just made me question what condition the carpet might appear if it wasn't such a dark color that hides dirt, etc.

Rooms were fine, it is definitely a cheaper stay but decent if you’re on a budget. The breakfast was not worth going, area/facilities could be nicer and more updated.

NIGHTMARE, NIGHTMARE, NIGHTMARE
This is a motel NOT a hotel. We arrived late and the price was $70 more than it showed when booking. We were unable to shower because the water never got hotter than lukewarm. The room was below 50 degrees upon arrival. The booking reservation showed two queen beds. They were full size beds, not queen. We immediately called the front desk to alert them to the issues. They argued that the beds were queen beds. They measured 52” and 54”, definitely not queen beds as advertised. They said they couldn’t help us until the morning. They also said they would not give a partial refund. We went to bed fully dressed with jackets because the room was not warming up. My wife awoke to something crawling on her. There was black dots all over the sheets, maybe bugs? When we tried to leave the next morning we were LOCKED IN OUR ROOM! We called the front desk and they said they were sending someone right away. We waited and no one ever came. I banged, pushed and pulled on the door until I was finally able to get it open. We went to the front desk and again, they said they couldn’t help until after 10:30, when the manager was available. The maintenance man joined us in the room where he also observed the water issue, bed size and he was unable to get the door open at all. Again I banged, pushed and pulled until we were able to get out. This was an absolute nightmare stay at a nightmare of a hotel. We paid less to stay at the Gaylord Rockie Mountain Resort than this junky motel.

The property was not as nice as the pictures show. It is not a hotel, it is a motel. The water pressure was so low we couldn’t take a shower. Low quality shower products, tea and coffee options. We weren’t told when breakfast was and therefore missed it, which is one of the reasons we pick this place over others. Lastly, in the morning we found a urine stain on the blanket. When we informed the staff we were told the manager wasn’t available but would call us and he/she hasn’t. Not worth the price.

Cold nights
Our first night in a rundown room that was suppose to be a suite, there was no hot water. I had to take a cold sponge bath. The motel manager didn’t send anyone to the room to fix the problem and later around midnight someone in a hoody knocked on our room door. I told him to go away. We finally got hot water the next morning. The room had a stove and refrigerator but no plates, bowls or utensils. There were only 3 pillows until I went to the housekeeping and found another. The bed was hard as a rock. When asked to make up the room it wasn’t cleaned just sheets changed and a couple of clean towels were left. Possibly a watch may have been stolen.

If you want to stay somewhere that looks like a homeless shelter this is the place! If you missed your flight and have a package deal, don’t worry they will charge you anyway and there will be NOTHING AVAILABLE (like I wanted to stay there anyway) absolutely disgusting! Front desk was ZERO help!!!

Quality Inn needs to upgrade their facility in Gainesville, TX, as I paid the same amount for an upscale Dallas hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and shower nice and hot. The routine maintenance of caulking looks like it was done by a kindergartner, cracks in the refrigerator. Although it was a good nights sleep and worked well for our needs, it reminded me of an old motel we stayed at as kids on the way to summer vacation in the 70’s.

Did not know through images this hotel was an outside room, nor dod i know it was inder repair/rennovation. We got put into 2 rooms that were a complete messy. The weed smell throught the room was imbarable.

There was mold in 4 places on the ceiling, the curtains did not close all the way, it was noisy from the train but also other guests walking up and down the walkway all night. There was hair on three towel and walking without shoes on thr floor is impossible. The floors were dusty and dirty.

We reserved a king room but when we got there they didn’t have any.. they looked like they were trying to update as they had painters etc there working. Could definitely use some upgrades and upkeep. Location was good, easy to walk and eat and get on highway.

The condition of the facility overall was much lower than the pictures and reviews. This morning, we awoke to ants all over the bathroom, counter for the coffee station, and floor. I booked the reservation for one price and when we checked in, the price went up.

I was charged over $200 dollars and the tv didn’t work, it smelled like rat poison. I moved to another room in the middle of the night due to the smell and it didn’t have beds! I finally moved in to a third room and the restroom door wouldn’t close..
