No coffee, no breakfast,no cleaning people. The person at the counter was never there. The towels had brown stains on them.

Place was not the cleanest , smells. Breakfast room was empty the 2 days we stayed there but no one was at the lobby desk to even inquire..........zero. Had some coffee on a table with whitener only. Back property on the river had not been mowed --a deck there was unsafe and missing boards. Pool was shut down and in bad shape ----eye sore. I wouldn't recommend this facility

The room was filled with a damp and cigarette smells. The refrigerator was dirty. There was an obvious stain markes in the bathroom. The floors Matt wasn't properly clean. The floor was not mopped and the dirt was visible on the surface of my feet. Chairs must be picked out of Dumpster. Overall all it needed a good cleaning. The only good things about this rooms is the size of the room.

Dirty and poorly maintained. Staff were very nice and helpful. I am used to Marriott. This is a low end low cost hotel. You get what you pay for but this was the only property available where I needed to overnight.

The room was filthy, every corner was full of spider webs. It also looked like the bedsheets weren't changed, just pulled toward the edges of yhe mattress. We made a reservation for three people and we only got one super tiny shampoo bottle.

With being only place to stay in Fulton, we don’t have a choice where to stay. I would recommend having continental breakfast items for travelers. Rolls, toast, cereal etc.

My room smelled like cigarettes bad, staff did get me new room. Fly's in new room, dead bugs smooshed in bathroom, no toilet paper holder or kleenex. Phone and remote so gross. Hotel smelled liked a college dorm and dogs.

Property is starting to be improved/renovated, but isn't the best yet. My non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarettes and the room wasn't fully clean (hair in 5-6 spots and crumbs/debris on the carpeted area). They have a great view if you get a waterfront room, but that's the only plus

Room was updated and clean but rest building was in poor condition. Unpleasant oder in the stairways and hallways. Coffee was in old urn that didn't work properly. Covers didn't fit the tiny coffee cups. Way overpriced.

Our room was on the first floor room 116 which was a non-smoking room. and remakes of cigarette smoke. Rite out from our room was where people smoked and that made having airflow impossible because it was sucked in my the ac. ALL our stuff smells of cigarette smoke. We were three nights and not all the febreeze in the world helped. I notified the front desk the afternoon that we got there so that they wouldn’t think we were the cause of the smell. It was a waste of money. now having to get rid of the smoke smell is challenging.
