Hello Lavetta, I wished you would have called us directly, we would have put you in the perfect room. All of our rooms are uniquely designed and it would have been our pleasure to walk you through all of them. I'm not sure if you new we had a dining room with tables and chairs for a more enjoyable seating areas at breakfast. Our apologies for the construction going on at the time of your visit. It was sprung upon us as well. We had to allow it because as a courtesy to our guests and tourist the side walk had to get updated. We would love to have you back, we have many rooms to choose from.

Hello Joanna, I understand all your concerns. Its not that i refused to refund your reservation. We have policies in place that we must stick by. I can only hope you understand. We do inspections after every room clean to ensure you are taken care of. In response to the mold you had mentioned i went over there to see for myself. The only thing i see that may have seemed like mold is our grouting is black. I am in know way trying to say that you are wrong. I would accept correction and give you a full refund because that's the kind of business i am apart of.
