Overall experience was good except the water was coming out of the shower. It was cleaned well though when we came to our room. In the breakfast egg could been cooked well.

Very clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows.
The only con is the walls are a little thin so we could hear the people in the rooms on either side of us.

Was completely disappointed by the star rating. Room was not very clean, breakfast was not eatable, coffee was terrible. Would never stay there again!

We thought the room was very nice. We had a king size bed and there was a couch in the room with a bar sink. The only criticisms I have are both the door to the room and the bathroom door appear to be broken, they still lock but the wood around is damaged and there are spots on the floor like it was not cleaned. I would stay here again if I’m back in the area though.

nicest place we had stayed in our trip from dallas to sedona and back via fredricksburg and the least expensive! quite, easy, room had sofa, fridge, bar sink and microwave, all good!

Room was clean and spacy. The pool area was not clean. There was something in the pool area that kept biting us, don't know what, not mosquitos. Other than that very quiet, safe and clean rooms.

The lady that checked us in was great. Convenient The rooms need a deep cleaning. The floor boards were dirty. something rolled under the bed and we moved it to get it. They have not cleaned under there in years.

I like the new over the sink mirror/lights this and other hotels have moved to: backlit mirror makes putting on makeup more comfortable… less like staring into the sun.

Nice large room with a separate living area with TV. Clean!
The breakfast offerings included eggs and sausage as well as the normal cereal and waffles. The breakfast area was well cared for.
The only suggestion to management would be to do a little paint touch up for nick's etc.
