Secluded
The communication was fantastic. I found the place charming and spacious. We did not know that there would be no WiFi. This place is very secluded. They brought us a hot spot right away and the wine opener was missing but again, brought right away. This is an excellent get away. I would love to use the hot tub sometime. Great place.

The cabins were lovely! My sisters stayed in the cabin right nearby. Clean and well appointed, with gorgeous views and a wonderful porch for sitting and star gazing. Lots of deer and a friendly cat who visited when we were outside. Really comfortable king sized bed and cabin was very roomy. Really enjoyed our stay and plan on coming again!

Great views but misleading description
Property was great with a few exceptions, the item description is misleading in that it mentions 1 king and 1 queen bed and 2 rooms. It has 1 bedroom and a living room but not 2 bedrooms, and the queen is a sofa bed not a regular bed. Also the floor is painted concrete which is fine except when it comes to the bathroom which becomes very slippery when wet including the shower. Pulled cups out of cabinet that were dirty, also fans were covered with layers of dust

We loved this property and have actually stayed here twice for our anniversary. Paul is amazing and a great host. The house is just exactly what we needed for our little getaway in the hill country. Definitely will be back for many more years to come.

Disappointed from advertising saying 1king and 1 queen bed but did not specify the queen was a pullout sofa which had dirty sheets located in front room. Did not have a TV. The laminated paper with instructions to call if we needed anything but no answer and left message twice but no one ever called back. No ironing board or iron. Peaceful stay though and 17 miles to Main Street in Fredericksburg.

They guest broke filter to hot tub,It is only 7 miles to fredericksburg not 17.Guest lied about extra guest which was not in booking agreement.Wine was spilled in fridge and left trashy,We do not need guest of this type,THANK YOU.GUEST LIED ABOUT CONTACTING ME ,that is very untrue and please dont come back.

Property was beautiful and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Deer at the pond every day, and the hot tub under the stars was very nice. We will definitely be going back.

We had an excellent time staying in the Grey Cottage at Breezy Hills Cottages! Big, spacious, clean, private, and well decorated! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the hot tub with built-in Bluetooth speakers was so cool! Paul was very kind and communicative. The drive into Fredericksburg was quick and convenient. We will definitely be back and sharing info about the property with friends! One suggestion- adding paver stones to create a path from the back door to the hot tub would be much easier on bare feet!

Absolutely beautiful cabin. Very peaceful and quiet with deer everywhere. Paul was super nice and easy to communicate with. Hot tub was are favorite part, it had lights and Bluetooth speakers. Very clean, and nicely furnished, easy to get to even at night. The water has a smell, reminded me of west Texas, but not a big issue. We will definitely come back again

Pro’s: 1. Great location (away from all the hustle and bustle of Main Street) 2. Security was excellent 3. Very private & secluded 4. The owner stopped by to check on us 5. Great amenities 6. Very clean & tidy 7. Special touches such a continental breakfast & tour guide brochures were an added benefit. Con’s: 1. Water source was absolutely terrible (the water smelled like sewage & burned my eyes) 2. Dead scorpions were found everywhere (including in the kitchen drawers) 3. We couldn’t use the beautiful outdoor jacuzzi because: a. The water smelled horrible & burned our eyes b. It was set at a temperature that was dangerously high. 4. No Wi-Fi

These people al ready reviewed the property and all problems were fixed the next morning they are a little bit overboard and we have never had a bad review.As for the hot tub they are outside and it is over 100 every day,so we c hanged the water and turned off the heater.Sorry you did not enjoy.

My two best friends and I went for a 3-day Soul Sister weekend, and this was the perfect place. The cabins are beautiful and rustic, very well maintained, we loved being out in the country, so quiet. It was beautifully furnished, the beds were comfortable and we were impressed with the large bath and shower area. The back patio was very nice and included a hot tub. While there was no TV or WiFi, it was kind of nice to unplug for a bit and just enjoy nature. There was a big black bull that we named "Buster" across the street from the cabin in a fenced area. We became friends with the cat that lives there and named her "Shellie" since she was a tortoiseshell breed, she was so sweet. We were able to watch the deer herds running by, which was very cool. The cabin was in a safe gated community about 10 minutes from Fredericksburg, with lots of shopping, dining options and museums. The owner, Paul, is very nice and attentive, he came by a couple of times over the weekend to check on us and take care of the animals. I would highly recommend this property, we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect stay
This cottage is extremely private. Great location just a few miles from town and has all the amenities you up need. Hot tub is wonderful and saw tons of wildlife. Very clean and cabin is large. The back porch on this cabin is always in the shade so you can stay outside all day! Highly recommend! If you want a romantic quiet getaway-this is it!!!!

We loved the Moonlight cottage. Saw lots of deer while we were there and enjoyed the hot tub too! Relaxing place to stay. I like that there is no television. We played our Sirius XM and sat outside.
