I was disappointed when there was no breakfast; one reason I chose this place was due to breakfast. The hotel did not look like the photos. Room was clean but the hallway only had half the lights working and felt unsafe. It did its job, we rested and survived.

Upon arriving there was a large hair in the hot tub and when leaving i dropped an earing behind the bed and when i went to get it there was a bloody tampon stuck between the bed and the wall. I told staff and he just insisted that i leave it there of course but when we leave he would have his staff remove it i was not offered a discount and i was a little grossed out to say the least

The staff was very unwelcoming. There was a policy of $100 cash deposit for the room with the hot tub. This information was not provided at the time of booking. The parking lot was extremely dark parking lot lights were malfunctioning. It was actually quite scary. When I checked out the attendant asked me to sit in the lobby and wait five minutes while he checked the room. I went with him. He proceeded to start moving nightstands, and looking behind them, looking all over the floor for what I don’t know. I would not recommend this property in anyway.

No blow dryer in room and when asked front desk they provided one but did not work tub is slippery should be no skid on shower mat. The website says breakfast included but not provided was told to talk to manager but manager not in till after check out. Hotel not secure back door swipe missing door freely opens for anyone. Would not recommend this hotel

This hotel was extremely clean. We stayed there twice both times. The rooms were very clean. The king beds are very comfortable. Nice big TVs. There’s a McDonald’s right across the street in a very quiet area off the highway. They just have done renovations. Owners are very, very kind.

There is no breakfast done let it fool you. The cards to the doord give you a very hard time and wont open the outside door. Can tell property has been recently renovated (last few years) the young guy behind the counter was unfriendly and un caring

This place charge fees that are not advised on the reservation. Stain on bed sheets, broken window and they didn't care or gave me clean bed sheets. No breakfast like it was advised at reservation and when we ask the guy thought we were joking about it. Staff rude and unprofessional.

The room was clean, and appliances were working well. It was only a shampoo (no conditioner) in the bathroom. For breakfast: coffee, sugar and creamer, and two juices: orange and apple. Nothing else.

The hotel was clean and felt safe only issue were all the sheets had cigarette burns in them even tho its non smoking ! The tv was damaged and there was never any breakfast served like advertised.

If you used a filter to find a place with breakfast this isn’t it. I tried to have hotels.com remove the filter but they haven’t done it. They offer juice and coffee and if your hungry they have empty vending machines to choose from. If you’re looking for breakfast don’t come here, if you don’t want food, find a cheaper place to stay that doesn’t offer food.

A little scary
It was an inexpensive hotel, so the older furnishings and rugs weren’t surprising and were not a problem. The cleanliness was way below acceptable and not only our room, but the hallway and lobby all had a musty order. The staff was polite and professional, but having them behind glass at the front desk was a little disturbing. Made me think of a really dangerous area and I’m not from Middletown so I must say I was worried. We did stay but went to Walmart and bought air freshener, a couple of bath towels and Clorox wipes. The bed was very nice, and staff was good.
