Not happy with anything was first time in Germany and at this hotel nothing but bad customer service unclean rooms, room cleans not done properly amenities missing and not topped up properly

The hotel was decent but the immediate surrounding area seemed questionable. The air-conditioning did not seem to work - it was very hot in the rooms even though it was December. The breakfast is not at the Atrium but at its sister hotel a minute away. Overall we liked our stay as it was close to what we wanted to see in Frankfurt.

Great location
Reception and staff were great. We didn’t have any hot water for a shower in the first day. But it was fixed by the time we got back in the afternoon. Location was great and we went for the Christmas markets, so the hotel was a perfect location for these, just a 5 minute walk
