"Lovely apartment ideal for a chilled out holiday"
I was staying in a one bedroom premium apartment, the apartment was very modern and very clean, the bathroom was modern with a lovely double shower with hot water at any time of the day the kitchen area had a microwave with plenty of crockery and utensils, the beds were really comfortable and because the serenity area is adults only it was very quiet so no children jumping all over you and shouting around the pool area which made the holiday very relaxing and I came back totally chilled out .

"Great for families with everything you need on tap"
Stayed here in Nov 2014 as a couple and had a really relaxing time. The hotel was full of families with small children and if you cant handle the noise of children then this probably isn't the place for you. Saying that we still had a great time using the hotel as a base to explore the island using a hire car.
The food here is really good. A great selection, different every day. With freshly cooked buffet items and also show cooking style on demand options. We didn't eat here for lunch as we were half board, and didn't need to either. We were so full from breakfast and dinner! Children are well catered for on the food front. The hotel has a large population of German guests and all tastes seemed to be catered for including allergy watchers.
The pool was clean although a little cold for our liking. The beach is a few hundred metre walk from the front of the hotel through the gardens or through the shopping centre. The beach is really clean with showers and really good disabled facilities including ramps and toilets.
Wifi is 10 Euros for 7 days (2 simultaneous devices) which is pretty reasonable and the coverage isn't bad.
If you hire a car you can get a gate barrier key for a 10 Euro deposit which allows you access to the hotel's private service road and parking areas. We parked right next to our room.
Hotel staff very friendly, hotel very impressive and comfortable. Plenty of sunloungers and they were really comfortable. Beautiful pool area and fine grain sandy beach at hotel edge. Gym facilities and classes very good, the gym overlooks the sea
Great staff who were professional and approachable. Food fresh and varied in the restaurant; Never needing to queue. Apartments were immaculate as were the hotel grounds. Sunbeds were plentiful. Entertainment staff were enthusiastic and provided activities for the children. Evening entertainment limited. Excellent holiday

Quite a good hotel, doesn't cost that much so you can't expect too much.
Really good location, close to restaurants, shops etc but cosy and quiet inside. Unfortunately there is a pub/club on one side of the hotel that is really laud in evenings/ nights but I could still sleep. Better not to buy meals as not good and can get something better in one of restaurants nearby. My room was stinky. Nice pools but the one which supposed to be heated was still too cold to swim. Very nice staff.

Placed just 5 mins from the beach, and big Spar supermarket this is a great value option for a quick week in the sun. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and have everything you need. Even a bottle of wine and water in the room on arrival, which was a nice touch. Shame they can't run to washing up liquid & cloth (you have to buy from them for 2 Euro, or buy from the supermarket), and salt & pepper - seems a bit petty not to provide these. Antonio at the bar is a gem - friendly, lovely service. We didn't eat there, but others did, and raved about it. The only let down was the lady at reception - efficient, yes, but lacking any warmth, charm or friendliness. We were particularly irritated to be refused a late checkout, or a room to shower in, especially as the new people in the room hadn't arrived by the time we left to go to the airport - 7 hours after we checked out.
