It was so loud with people visiting late in the night in hallways. I could hear the occupants next door through the walls of my room and even outside in the parking areas. I felt unsafe in my room. Bugs were in the bathroom. TV remote was trashed. Do not stay here!

I didn't like the staff they were rude and told us it was our responsibility to take our dirty towels to them and even then they would not give us clean ones. The trash can was full of trash upon arrival.

This was the single worst experience at a hotel I have ever had. This property is very poorly maintained and should NOT have a Extended Stay America flag on it, as it truly does insult the brand. I have such a long list of items to share that were just bad or terrible, or worse that I don't think I will have room to share it all. But know that between killing bugs, and feeling as though I needed to shower after I left the hotel, there is absolutely no way I would ever consider staying at an Extended Stay America location again.

Upon arrival I apparently woke up the rudest employee in the logging industry. Stated I would have to put up a $100 cash deposit and I asked why this wasn’t disclosed at time of booking? So I said I would go to an atm because they did not have one and she said I need to hurry because at midnight I would loose my booking! I then said I would rather cancel cancel my booking and she then stated I would have to do that online with Travelocity! In no way accommodating! I will never recommend Extended Stay America! I have 19 employees and if one ever treated my customer like this they would no longer be employed! Although I left and went to another hotel they still charged me for the stay!

The front desk staff was acceptable but not friendly. We have never stayed at this hotel chain before with a kitchen and when I went to ask for dishes/utensils (they were limited), the coffee pot was worhless (got alot of grounds in my coffee), we asked for an extra pillow (none was available), the tub was dirty (so good thing I brought cleaner to clean it before showering), and the phone didn't work. Not a good experience for first-time users.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and, like the first, it was exactly what was needed. There aren't any frills, unless you count a full kitchen (which is great for long stays or trying to save money), but is solid and great for those who are travelling. The staff are kind and efficient. The hotel is older but clean. The only true "complaint" I have is that their handicap parking is greatly lacking.

Great for Family Emergencies
This was exactly what we needed! We had an emergency situation resulting in family being admitted into JPS Hospital and we were unsure of length of stay. This hotel was less than 10 miles away and reasonable enough that we could afford it if the stay required ended up being lengthy. The staff was friendly, the room was acceptable and, when the stay ended up being shorted than expected, the hotel refunded the remaining amount with no questions asked. Would stay at again.

Dirty! Awful smell! & not specific on to go break
OSHA please go look at this hotel! This hotel has absolutely no standards! This hotel is super cheap ($70) so you get what you paid for. As soon as I walked in there was crumbs on the floor and a roach on the wall. The bathroom was extremely dirty and left over hair from maid/customers! However, receptionist was polite and parking was accessible!

Upon checking into one of the 2 rooms reserved, we found a crack pipe in the sleeper sofa. The mattress was stained and we waited over 15 minutes for the front desk agent to come to the deck to check us in. The second room had no dishes, the toilet didn’t flush, I had to use the trash can to fill it with water to flush the toilet. There were stains in the carpet floor in the room and the phone in the room did not work. The front desk didn’t care about my concerns because it was booked through a third party. Very sad and we had children with us, there to compete in the USATF REGIONAL COMPETITION. I want my money back.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
Most disgusting hotel experience. Signs said no smoking but there was a heavy weed and cigarette smell. Room didn't have any toilet paper and when I went to ask the front desk, she had to go find an empty room to get 1 roll. Stains all over the carpets, toilet seat was chipping, cabinets in the bathroom were broken, all around a horrible experience. Kids running up and down halls late at night, people being loud outside smoking at night.
