Our stay was only for one night, but it was very pleasant. The room was nice. It was already cooled off. It was clean, big and the beds were very comfortable.

NEVER AGAIN...

We arrived at the hotel and at check in I wasn't given the room which I had requested.The beds were very uncomfortable. The room was frozen. They charged me $157.50, with no reason, and I have yet to see a credit on my card, and to top it off they charged me $50.00, for a pet which I had with me at check in. If they would have told me about the pet fee from the beginning, I wouldn't have minded, but at check out I find out they have 2 charges on my card, one charge no one knows why and the second charge they called a pet fee. When I reserved the room, it said it was a pet friendly hotel, I mentioned on my reservation that I would be taking my pet, and paid for my room, and that was to be end of story. I never imagined there to be hidden charges on the part of the hotel, especially when they were surprise charges at check out. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT THIS HOTEL...

Manager: The big bad wolf

The manager and employee lacked communication, so she made my husband and I leave the hotel earlier than we requested and get only excuse was that she is the manager. I requested late check out, she called me 30 minutes before check out time and said well the receptionist is supposed to communicate with her on late check outs. I told her we was not notified and her response was o, week she is the manager and she week not give us what we requested so make sure we are out thirty minutes before what was already set up by her employee. Very disrespectful!

Dirty room

We were given a room that had not been cleaned from the prior guest and there was beer bottles all over the room. There was only one person working that night (he was really nice) so we had to wait 45 minutes to get a clean room. The front desk left a note for the manager of the hotel to call us about our experience but he never did.

fun little getaway

The staff, including the manager were rock stars. The building was a bit run down but the manager was willing to fix what was needed.

Extended Stay America-Ft. Worth.

This hotel is located near TCU. We were in a remodeled room that was comfortable. It was near many restaurants, a CVS pharmacy and many other major chain stores.

There were bodily fluids on the towels.

There was bodily fluids, and hair on the towels. The matress was all springs, with no cushion.

Hair in the tub. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
