Food crumbs everywhere in the hallway. Rooms stunk and i believe they are running prostitutes out of there. My wife and i have never stayed at a craphole like that.

Don't stay here...

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything
Location: Plenty to do, eat, shop here.
This hotel was terrible. The check-in process took forever, the luggage carts were broken, the TV barely worked and they claim to be suites, etc, but they include no silverware, glasses, nothing! I will never stay at this chain again. It's my 3rd bad experience, so they're out!

Pros: It was clean, well located at a good price.
Cons: Can't imagine.
Location: Convenient to highway, large mall and lots of other shopping, multiple restaurants.
Hotel was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy, but certainly adequate. Surpassed by expectations!

It was disappointing. I made the reservation for a king bed, non-smoking room through Hotels.com and when we arrived at 2:50 pm, they stated that they did NOT have a king bed non-smoking room available. So we settled for a 2 queen bed non-smoking room that was NOT YET cleaned - check in was to be at 3 pm. The desk clerks first had to find a housekeeper and then they assisted her in cleaning the room while we waited over an hour to get into our room. While we were waiting, at least 3 other couples came into the lobby and left disgruntled because of similar circumstances. Meanwhile, the room was less than acceptable....it smelled of deodorizer and a wet, dirty rag was tossed behind the night stand.

Cons: It needs a complete remodel, including the HVAC to keep smoke out of nonsmoking rooms.
Everything was dirty. The AC and bathroom fan were so loud I couldn't hear my phone. Although a nonsmoking room, the smell of smoke was so strong it woke me up at night. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

staff responsive to needed repair requests

I appreciated the staff's immediate responsiveness to my requests for repair of the shower and the smoke alarm sensor. I enjoyed the kitchen facility to make my oatmeal in the mornings and being near TCU to attend the mother's weekend on campus.
