It was the loudest hotel I think I’ve ever stayed at. You can hear full on conversations from the hallway, you can hear people walking so distinctively & LOUDLY that it wakes you up. Yeah, if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t stay here. There’s this weird & very loud knocking that is in the walls that I’m assuming is the water heater or the water? I don’t know, but everytime we or the room by us, either below or next door, this loud knocking would happen. The staff was nice though. It’s by The Mall & a McDonalds, so that’s good. But it’s such a loud hotel. Not very good sleep at all. The mattress was hard/very firm as well. My ribs actually hurt.

I think this was the best place i have ever stayed at. It was such a modern decorated place. The bed was great. Usually you never have enough pillows but this one had plenty. And the shampoo and soap in the shower was excellent. The price of the room was a very good rate also. I would highly recommend this hotel

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Room temp would not stay constant and the thermostat would reset back to a higher temp after the room got to the temp I set it at. I got up multiple times to adjust. Desks are too small. I purchased a bottle of water. My room didn't come with one and I found out it was supposed to. They didn't credit me back.

Big noise challenge with this hotel. Walls are paper thin. Noise carries badly and the metal framed loft construction is a poor substitute for living comfortably.

The property itself was Nice but what makes this an excellent stay is the staff, their customer service was very much on point and the continues cleaning that I witnessed while walking the lobby and enjoying the lounge bar at different times was great to see.

We arrived at 4 PM after the 3 PM check in time, and the lobby was full of people. I thought there was a party or something, but realized that all these people were waiting on a room. There were quite a few rooms that were not ready. We had to wait 20 minutes for a room with a double bed, but was told to king bed was available. We decided to wait but after about 15 minutes I went to the desk and asked could we have the king bed. The guy who I spoke with the first time when I checked in, was very nice. The woman who I talked to about taking the king bed room was very rude. She then gave me a double bedroom. At first sight the room was very nice and clean, until we are ready to take a shower. There were long, dark, hairs all over the shower.

Front desk was simply amazing! He went above and beyond. Absolutely, no complaint only praises. Would definitely recommend! The property was well kept, and the room was super clean. Loved everything about the hotel.

The floor has a lot of squeaky noises when the people on the upper floor walking. It needs better noise insulation.
