Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, able to help with limited dining suggestions for a Sunday night when most options were closed. We appreciated having housekeeping take care of the basics each day--a rarity these days for multiple nights stays. Good breakfast options, especially for travelers visiting Big Bend National Park.

. No hot water from Friday night to Saturday night. We were not able to take a shower. ... Generally clean but for the price of this motel, you want it to be great.

The Quality Inn is an older property but overall still clean. The breakfast choices were very poor. The TV never worked. The pool was under construction. The staff was friendly. I am reluctant to choose this place again.

Our TV and phone did not work for the 3 nights we stayed, despit e multiple attempts by staff to fix, it would not stay fixed without ebtering a password. There was never an offer of compensation or to change rooms.
