Fort Myers Retreat
We just completed our second Spring Training season at the duplex. It is always clean and cozy. The location is perfect for getting to Hammond Stadium and exploring all areas of Fort Myers. Russ & Lynda are always available when needed.

Should say North Fort Myers actually Tice. This home is well cared for and the listing is accurate. Well stocked and quiet. The host is very nice. However the location is questionable. We wouldn't feel safe walking around the surrounding area.

We stayed 11 nights. The unit was in a quiet area and nice for walks. Small but workable. Comfortable bed. It would have been nice to have a bathroom window that opened, since there was no ceiling fan. Communication was nonexistent, other than the entering instructions. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

Clean and pretty property
The house is a duplex in a quiet neighbor. It is perfect for two. We had a very small dog with us. The house has a nice kitchen so we were able to cook meals. The television setup was very good. We had access to a washer and dryer. They supplied the detergent. The bathroom is small but nice. The bed is standard size. The mattress was comfortable. I have allergies. I did not have problems in this house. The landscaping around the house was tropical and, that with inside house decor, was perfect for the location. The property host was friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located and accommodating manager
The location was central to where we wanted to go. The manager allowed us to check in early. I accidentally booked the wrong date and they were able to change it immediately. Very appreciative of the service!

Cute and Just Right
Cute little 1 bed and 1 bath. We've been working on our house that was damaged by the hurricane and this is perfect for our needs and close to our house. We've stayed here twice and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great little place
We needed a place to stay while working on our home damaged by the hurricane. This was only 2 miles away so the location and price were perfect. Very clean nice little house. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Almost river-front cottage.
Well maintained, clean and secure. Nice bit of sunshine in the back. Great to have washer and dryer. Only wish we had info on the TV so we knew what to do when we lost reception. But host was reassuring when we called him. Heartbreaking damage to the whole neighborhood from hurricane I am.

This place was perfect and a lovely house. The house was immaculately clean. I truly enjoyed my stay at this home. It was quiet and had excellent parking. The only negative was (but It would not stop me from rebooking next year) the Wi-Fi. It was very slow most of the time. Again I'd book this home next year, but I just wanted to the point that out for anyone who depends on Wi-Fi. The house was an extremely comfortable stay. I highly recommend it. Also, it is very close to the water, which was pleasant and relaxing, and I sat out and smoked my cigars. The manager responded quickly the 2 times I reached out to him.

South Florida get away
Great location very close to I75 to go see relatives, manatees, nature, Ford/Edison Museum, and west Everglades area. Nice kitchen and cable TV. Pleasant outside area to relax at the table. Covered carport. Couch/futon is not the most comfortable although appearance is lovely. Queen size bed is very comfortable.

I was a little worried driving up to the house, as there was lots of rubble from hurricane damage along the streets, but the house itself was in perfect condition. Clean, comfortable. A/C worked fine. Bed comfortable. It fit my situation perfectly. I may be headed back to the area soon, and I definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful location tucked away. Neighbors are friendly. Comfortable accommodations; clean and in good condition. All accoutrements you need are stocked (dishware, towels, extra blankets, etc.). It is Florida, so bring your insect repellant. Owner is responsive and helpful.

We had a great time over the course of our stay. Check in was easy. The neighborhood was quiet. Interstate is five minutes away so heading out on sight seeing adventures was easy. Downtown Ft Myers is 10 minutes. Was a nice relaxing stay.

Nice "cottage"
Nice property, very quiet neighborhood with tropical surroundings. The most comfortable bed we've had since had since we left home. Didn't get a chance to use the grille because there are so many restaurants and things to do in the area, from Punta Gorda to Naples... . Very Nice.

Adorable little house!
We loved staying at the little duplex! It was easy to find and the carport was a huge plus while visiting in early Summer. Everything in the unit was operational except for one table lamp missing a bulb, which didn't bother us. The location is convenient to get to all the tourist areas within a reasonable time, and it was nice being so close to the water. Quiet neighborhood, too. The air conditioning seemed to struggle a little bit with keeping the unit cool, especially in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and appeared to have the original shower, which looks cool but the showerhead will only come up to your chest if you're over 6', so you'll have to duck to finish washing off. Overall we were very pleased with the place, and like the availability of the adjacent unit if we wanted to come back with friends. Definitely recommend for couples, and being pet friendly was an excellent plus!

Amazing stay at an amazing property.
I stayed here for about three weeks, and I loved every minute of it. The property had every amenity I could possible need from extra shampoo all the way to pots and pans with every utensil in between. The neighborhood is nice and quite and the river nearby lends to some amazing morning and evening walks. I highly recommend this property, and I would be more than willing the stay here again!

Comfortable place to stay. Roomy, great bed, plenty of towels and linens for the sofa bed. Can’t see the river from the side patio but move a chair to the front and you’re set. Nice neighborhood to walk along the water too. Saw some nice sunsets.

Small, quiet streets, quiet blocks near the river. This is an older duplex which has been extensively renovated and is very nicely decorated, furnished. Lots of windows with quiet views of the property, compared to a hotel. Yes, we would stay again.

Perfect Stay!
My husband and I had the best time here! It’s clean, cute, and close to everything. The neighborhood was perfect for quiet walks with our dog. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Fort Myers.
