"The stay, our 2nd here, was great! The hotel location is fantastic, the staff that are present are wonderful, the rooms are a very nice size & the balcony is adequate, the view is amazing… each day we spotted tons of birds, dolphins, a turtle and a manatee! The rooms, however, could use decor refreshing and the food/service could be upgraded. I have to mention that this 2nd trip was in offseason so staff was reduced & perhaps kitchen staff were stressed. Overall we chose to eat several family meals onsite & were satisfied but not impressed. Nearby restaurants are plentiful. We’ll return here next year and expect we’ll have the same welcoming experience.
