The bed felt clean. A dirty towel was hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. The chairs and table are a nice touch, but the chair seats are filthy, and I would not sit on them. We could easily hear people talking outside, and also could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Although we were warm enough, there are visible cracks in the door seal, and there’s only a thin blanket on the bed. If you don’t mind outside light, you’ll be fine, but there’s only cheap blinds on the window. WAY overpriced for what you get.

When you book last second for a huge city wide event, you sometimes don't get the hilton.

This property's photos are a little misleading. This is a very low end motel. It does not look clean at all & appeared to have abandoned looking vehicles on the lot. I did not feel safe here and requested not to check in. Thankfully I was not charged.

When you look for the cheapest rate, sometimes the place isn't the Four Seasons. The photos are not misleading at all. Every one of them was taken here on the property. What is misleading about that?

The microwave was dirty. The bathroom sind drain was clogged. With what I believe was tiolet paper. Which I cleaned out. The tub was chipped. No bathtub mat or anti slip preventations.

The only reason this doesn't get a worse review is bc the front desk immediately gave me my money back when I complained of the smoke smell in the room, which I greatly appreciated

You have nothing really to base your review on. You came and immediately left. You are very lucky to have received a refund because our policy states you have to pay for a day if cancelling less than 24 hours of check in time. You should give a 5 star review because of that.

It was awful- Room smelled and was so small. The front desk guy was rude and mean. Overall the stay was one of my worst I’ve ever had.

I was rude and mean because you were smoking fentanyl in the room, so you were told not to come back due to illegal drug use in our room. We do not tolerate that.

Besides the smell of the room Wich was that of old linen and cigarettes even though all the rooms are non smoking there are people smoking on balconies and next to the air conditioning units Wich makes its way into the room the staff were friendly and it seemed safe enough for a cheap room

The reviews I read were, not outstanding. But our stay was above average and great for the one night we stayed before the The Colorado Marathon. Close to packet pick up, getting to buses at 4 am was easy, and close to finish line at a great affordable rate. Looking forward to booking again next if we running the marathon again next year.

I do believe you are mistaken, I don't have any guests that were "no shows" over the weekend. I specifically recall checking you in and you LEAVING the next morning. I believe I should call Expedia about this. So please redact your negative review.

The room was nice, decent size, came with a microwave and fridge. The bed and bedding was clean but the room want the cleanest. The floor boards clearly haven't been cleaned in a while and the corners of the room were questionable. The staff was very nice and easy to work with. If you just need a place to stay for one night or in need of a place in a pinch it will do just fine.

Cleaning was some places - bedding and shower clean. Floors not so good. Definitely NO FRILLS. I do not consider a small coffee pot a frill. I have stayed at less costly places that were cleaner overall and more appealing. Not a motel I would stay at again.

This is one Of only a few accommodations s on the north end of town. We were there for a funeral so only needed a place to sleep that allowed a dog. This provided a bed but it was dated, the old air conditioning unit was loud and the shower curtain needed attention. The bedding was fine so that was good. Next door tenant was longer term guest and was obviously using THC big time! It is legal here but it was obvious
