“Good stay for the price”

The hotel could use a bit of work, but our room was clean and comfortable enough. The hotel staff very very helpful and friendly. We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and we had an early departure the next day plus the price was right.

The hotel was in a great location, less than a mile from the airport. The hotel rooms were small, dark, and dirty. The mattress was so old and worn that you felt like you're on a water bed, and the walls were so thin that we woke up multiple times just from other hotel guests flushing the toilets or showering at night. The hair dryer was blowing hot air through the coils it was attached to and when I asked for a blow dryer they could not provide us with one. Dinner consisted of one meal choice since we arrived in the dining room after 9pm and it took the chef 60 minutes to whip up a simple pasta dish. Food was great at night but the to-go breakfast consisted of packaged cookies and dry bread :(. Would not go back there - EVER! I don't know where they got 4 stars from. This hotel is a Travelodge category and nothing else. 1.5 to 2 stars at the very most. 4 stars is a luxury hotel and this was not one!!!!!!!

a four star hotel in america is not the same in italy so be awear the first room was to warm to stay in and we were moved to a room quite comfortable temperature close to airport as stated the room was clean and the bed comfortable

“Good choice if you need free parking or to be near the airport”

Overall this was a very nice hotel. The staff were professional and friendly, and went out of their way to help. The barman deserves a special mention for trying to entertain our four-year-old with her preferred music choices (we were the only people in the bar)! You also get lovely crisps, nuts and olives free if you order a drink. We had dinner in the restaurant, and although our expectations weren't high, the food turned out to be great, with both food and wine being reasonably priced. Breakfast was fine too, with plenty of choice. Our room was a good size (though it was larger than a standard double, as we had an extra child bed). The furnishings were fine, with a good sized desk area. The bathroom was fine, although the suspended ceiling was not very well fitted and flapped in the wind! It was good to have a bath (although not all the rooms do). The room and sheets were clean and pleasant, my only gripe was that the pillow itself smelled stale, as so many hotel pillows do. The balcony also had a strange roller blind on it that we managed to get up, but never managed to get down again so the only curtain we had was a thin gauze one. Neither problem was huge though, and I'm sure they would have done their best to help if we had complained. The free car park was wonderful as we were travelling with a lot of luggage. The internet access is not free, sadly. I wasn't sure whether you could get free access in the lobby, but no code was offered if so. Overall recommended.

“Very Convenient if you are flying out early in the morning”

Veri noce rooms, wonderful breakfast and dinner, reasonable prices for the food, free Internet for each guest for 2o minutes, nice atmosphere, reasonable price for the room. Free shuttle to the airport (less than 10 minutes away). I will come back to this hotel. Much better option than pay for the Sheraton at the airport.

“depends what you want”

Its close to the airport but there is no shuttle and you need to take a taxi which costs EUR13, its only EUR20 for a taxi to a downtown hotel in a much better location. The Hotek is OK but nothing special. the taxi ride from the Hotel to town is EUR10-12 but there are bus routes outside the Hotel. it would be a good hotel iif you have a car and dont want the hassle of parking in town

“Staff excellent”

Staff were very pleasant and did everything they could to help. General condition of hotel needs some upgrading, but sheets were clean and breakfast buffet was fine. Quite a way from the town centre but local buses available to take you straight in. Barman is excellent - lots of fun and gives good restuarant tips.

Albergo situato in periferia, e questo si vede chiaramente dalla piantina , ma con buon rapporto qualita / prezzo. Personale gentile ed efficiente. Ottima prima colazione al mattino con salumi, formaggi e pane di verse qualità. Da consigliare a chi arriva in macchina , con grande aprcheggio gratuito.
