“Great stay!”

Wonderful hotel, great location for our family.

“Great place to stay. Spotlessly clean with helpful staff”

Very friendly, spotlessly clean hotel. We upgraded our room to a suite with no bother except for a moderate extra charge. I would reccomend a suite if you are travelling with children especially teenagers. Breakfast a real bonus with lots of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel makes a great base for visiting lots of more 'natural' places in the vicinity. Would return if we ever were in the area again

“Telling everyone to go”

They were wonderful...lots of info, fresh baked cookies at the front desk at one point. They remembered where we were going and asked how it was when we returned. They were genuine and friendly always. We appreciated the referral to a delightful restaurant and suggestions about our day trip to the Grand Canyon. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we had them to ourselves or almost at every time we used them. We were also pleased with the room--beautiful bathroom and nice beds plus a the fridge we'd requested. We really couldn't have been more pleased.

“GREAT Breakfast, Clean, Good location, Noisy Housekeeping/maids...”

We had a great time. After reading the reviews here, I was concerned the trains might keep us awake--this turned out to be a non-issue; I heard no trains until driving into downtown Flagstaff. The hotel and our room was clean and well kept. Breakfast included different preparations of omelets/bacon/eggs/sausage/french toast daily, as well as cereal, a waffle maker, pastries, and all kinds of fruit. We don't even eat that well at home! Housekeeping shouted to each other in Spanish between the hours of 6-9am each day of our stay (five nights total). Though the trains didn't wake me up, their incessant discussions did. This wasn't a huge deal, and I didn't even bother complaining. Also, the hotel was initially difficult to find (it's hidden behind a couple other hotels). Overall, we were very pleased and I would definitely stay again.

“Pricey but worth it.”

There's other cheaper choices but I rather pay extra for cleanliness and comfort. Friendly front desk person. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, no problem with seating like prior review. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I would use this hotel again if in the area.

After a long drive in horrid conditions it was wonderful to arrive at this hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful, rooms very big, clean and warm. Did have trouble finding it, so be sure to get good directions. Will definately go back.

“Wonderful place”

A bit confusing to find amongst the other hotels, signs are small, but it was worth every penny. Spotless and large rooms, staff extremely friendly, great free breakfast.

“Great value for a trip to Flagstaff”

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was well-stocked, varied and delicious! Very pleasant experience and good value for the $. We would definitely stay again!
