"At the first sight the house looked light and had a Beautiful view over the sea from the kitchen and on the other side you can see the mountains. It had a lot of privacy and a big swimming pool. But after settling in we noticed a lot of deferred maintenance. There would be 3 bathrooms. Instead there were 2. Several things were broken. Our bedroom floor and a closet had a lot of water damage. After a view days it started raining and the whole floor was full of water. My new shoes where damaged...

"Very quiet area, clea air, beautiful views. Close to mountains for hiking, 20 mins to the sea. No amenities, car is essential as you need to drive everywhere. Perfect if you want peace and quiet, and are happy to stay home in the evenings. Pego is only 7 minutes drive, has everything you will need. Denia is about 20 minutes drive for a large selection of restaurants, etc."

"Villa bien situada respecto a calas y supermercados. Comoda y espacios amplios. habitación individual reducida, resto todo muy cómodo. Fresca y gran parcela con pinos ideal para dias calurosos. Nieves d NV villas genial. Atenta y rápida en las consultas."

"Ich wurde leider nur von der Putzfrau begrüsst, die mir in 2 Minuten das Haus zeigte und wieder ging, sie konnte auch keine Sprache aus Spanisch. Auf meine Anfragen wegen verschiedenen Problemen wurde auch nur halbwegs geantwortet. Bei der Abreise kam keiner, ich versteckte den Schlüssel und fuhr. Die untere Etage war leider alt und abgewohnt, die obere aber top mit super Aussicht auf Calpe's Strand und den Berg. Super Pool und von den Nachbarn abgeschirmt. Mit all den Terrassen kann man sich...

"The view from this apartment is stunning. Really a luxury. The apartment it’s self, the lounge and kitchen space is too small, too much furniture cramped in. 3 bedrooms are squashed into this apartment and it really needed more living space. The cafe and restaurant are lovely and overall we enjoyed this stay. "
