Excellent service
The hotel team make this hotel. Whilst the hotel is nice it is made a much greater experience due to the helpful attitude of all at the hotel from the bar to the reception. The only slight downside was that I thought the breakfast at €10 per person was slightly overpriced. Having said that the bar drinks were very reasonably priced. I would certainly use this hotel again.

I definitely recommend this hotel
We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This place has great value - the rooms are lovely, the pool is fantastic, the food was OUTSTANDING, and the service was also fantastic. I would definitely go back. Just be aware it's not in the center of Figueres so you can go by shuttle/taxi (5 mins). Sometimes there are smells too because of the farms nearby. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.

Very helpfull, friendly staff, very clean hotel
Hotel was very clean and well run, staff were friendly food was very good. Bed was a little on the hard side, but that could because of my own preference. Was in a industrial area but not too bad.

Nice hotel
We stayed only for 2 nights but the hotel service and room was good. We didn't realize that a train was close by, but that didn't bother us when time to go to sleep. Also there are some supermarkets very close to buy some food and water. There is also a nice swimming pool but we didn't have time to use it.

A long way from Figueres city center.
The hotel was very isolated from any services and their restaurant was very expensive. It was a 15 Euro taxi ride to the city center or train station (no bus available). The hotel was well appointed and clean. The front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful and did not speak English (or pretended they didn't). The desk staff tried to charge me an extra 10 Euros per night upon checkout.
