“Good location for a first night stay”

Much less expensive than Edinburgh hotels, it's just a few minutes from the airport. The ideal place to stop after an evening flight and before setting off to explore the highlands.

Better than I expected from a chain... I don't need to add more, and if you insist then you desreve a lower rating!

“Great Hotel”

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, up to date hotel. We had a great stay overnight.

“Nice Hotel but not for us!”

The Hotel had been overbooked so we were given a Twin Room when we had booked a Double Room. This was not pointed out at arrival and we were basically left to find out for ourselves when we opened the door to our Room. We enquired at Reception to be told, 'We knew about it, but have no Double Rooms left, the room is comfortable that you have been given and has the same facilities you will just have to make do for tonight'. When we asked why we had not been told about this prior to our arrival, they could not give us a straight answer and the member of staff became quite flippant. After a 4 hour drive we could really have done without the hassle. Had we been made aware of this issue either at checkin or prior, we wouldnt have been happy about it but could understand and mistakes do happen. We then ate at the “Restaurant” and were left looking longingly at the McDonalds sign over the road once we had eaten – its really not worth the bother, either eat before you get there or resign yourself to the fact that you will be visiting Ronald Macdonald for your meal! The following day we spoke with the General Manager who has gone some way to alleviate the situation, however some staff in this Hotel need to learn some Customer Service skills!!
