Just a great relaxing stay in beautiful hotel with fantastic surrounds and environment. Beautiful pool and gardens. Very interesting food and menu (and wine!).

Quelle déception! Nous avons choisi un agritourismo pour leur accueil différent d'un hotel classique. Malheureusement, personne à la reception durant 2 jours. Vous récupérez vos clés dans un boitier. On vous donne des indications sur WhatsApp... très impersonnel. Nous n'avons croisé qu'une personne au petit-déjeuner. Le restaurant est fermé le reste du temps, donc impossible de profiter pleinement des services indiqués sur la fiche de l'établissement. La boutique était également fermée, donc nous n'avons pas eu la chance de gouter à leurs vins. Je pense que l'hotel a du être agréable dans le passé, mais aujourd'hui on prend clairement l'argent sans fournir les services promis. Pourtant le lieu est beau et aurait beaucoup de potentiel si on s'en donnait la peine.

Nous ne recommandons absolument pas de réserver dans cet hôtel car nous avons ete surfacturés de façon injustifiée de plus de 100 euros par hotels.com. Nous avons payé 600 € pour une facture de 492 €. L'hôtel renvoie la responsabilité à Hotels.com injoignable bien sûr. . Sinon le parc et la piscine de l'hôtel sont magnifiques mais pour un hôtel de cette catégorie le service est décevant. Personne à l'accueil pendant 2 jours et petit-déjeuner moyen pour ce standing. Pain, confiture..industriels.Chambres ok et propres.
