"The front desk were the perfect balance of friendly professional and knowledgeable. When circumstances changed and I had to lengthen my stay they helped out in every way for my dog and I to remain in our room and at the same rate. Housekeeping was always there to help us but we did not use their service every day. Breakfast was fresh and hot. "
